1. ACT I: Bad Things On A Good Day

N*-1) A 30+ year old man, lactose intolerant (Robert “Rob”Jensen) is an Armory

(Gun shop) owner. A family man, 2 kids, wife, homeowner, living the American

Dream. Next week, He and his Family are going on a road trip, ending in a

complete Florida Vacation. A well deserved vacation after 9 years of hard work. N*-2) Tuesday morning, he heads into his shop, because he has his annual

inventory. He wants to get there, before his crew of 6 employees arrive for work

and to get it out of the way. N*-3) Unnoticeable, there are two (2) individuals hiding in the shrubs close by

and waiting for him (or them (e.g. employees)) to open the store. They are to

“ROB” the shop in order to retrieve the most amount of weapons and

ammunition; for a major heist, that they are planning to do. N*-4) Robert opens the shop, deactivates the alarms next to the glass door and

enters the building forgetting to lock the door behind him. N*-5) Suddenly, the two men (armed) enter the shop and “pistol-whipped” Robert in the back of his head, causing him a minor concussion and knocking

him down on the floor. 6)-(Joey) “Hey Rob...” 7)-(Robert) “Joey...What The Fuck???” 8)-(Joey) “I got other jobs to do Rob and you have the guns that we need”. 9)-(Robert) “Motherfucker we grew up together !!!”. “How could you do this to

me???”. 10)-(Joey) “Sorry man, but I’m fucking tired of being the one whose always

broke and in need...So...Get your bitch ass up and get going”

2. 11)-(Joey) “Tommy (second robber) frisk this Motherfucker and make sure he

don’t have no guns on him”. 12)-(Tommy) “Sure thing Joey”. 13)-(Robert) “Listen Joey, stop doing what you’re doing and leave, no hard

feelings...Nothing happened here”. 14)-(Robert) “Shit Man, I’ll even help you guys do your own thing, but you don’t

have to do this...Please don’t do this !!!”. 15)-(Joey) “Fuck that man !!!, you think I’m fucking stupid???…Hurry up !!! “. 16)-(Tommy) “Look at this !!! A Desert Eagle...Nice Piece Rob”. 17)-(Joey) “Alright, enough of that !!!, Robert here’s my list of guns, hurry up

and get our shit motherfucker !!!”. 18)-(Joey) “Tommy get the car ready, this won’t be long”. N*-19) Tommy left the shop and ran to the “get away” car...Meanwhile inside

the shop... 20)-(Robert) “Joey, this shit is crazy!, Please leave nothing happened here, we

could do something together, just stop this bullshit now...Please !!!”, we can do

a business venture together or something, please stop this shit now!!!”. N*-21) Joey starts ranting and crying all over the lobby of the shop...The yelling, shouting and complaining continues. While Joey continues with his display of

criticism and envy, Robert is carrying a .22 Dillinger two(2) shot mini pistol

hidden inside a secret pocket within his belt. N*-22) Robert pulls and points his gun at Joey, Joey reacts and fires his gun,

injuring Robert on his left shoulder, while Robert shoots back and pierces

Joey’s forehead, killing him instantly. N*-23) Tommy outside (inside the car) hears the detonations and runs back

inside the shop, only to be met by the second (2

nd

) shot penetrating his right

cheek bone, meeting his death. N*-24) Nearby neighbors upon hearing the shots and call 911, a few minutes

later, Sheriff Guerrero arrives to the scene. 3. 25)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Rob, it’s me Kyle...are you alright in there?, are you

armed?”. 26)-(Robert) “ I’m fine, besides the shit mess I have in here”. 27)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Okay, that’s good...I need you to come out unarmed

with your hands above your head, slowly...”. N*-28) Robert exited the shop with his hands above his head and surrendered

to Sheriff Guerrero. Even though Kyle and Robert were old friends, Kyle had to

cuff Robert and arrest him on the act as part of due process and protocol; until

back-up arrives. N*-29) Deputy Carson arrived a few minutes later accompanied by the District

Attorney Michael Varna. Minutes later, after being called by the D.A., the

Coroner arrived and lifted the body by orders of D.A. Varna. Both cadavers

were transported to the City Coroner’s office and morgue in order to determine

the exact cause of death

.N*-30) Robert was taken into custody and transported to the Sheriff’s office for

interrogation. A note was taped to the door indicating the arriving employees to

report to the Sheriff’s office for questioning and alibis. N*-31) Robert, the D.A. and Sheriff Guerrero get to the office and the

interrogatory questions commenced... 32)-(D.A. Varna) “Okay Rob tell us what happened and don’t let any details

out”. 33)-(Robert) “I woke up early, went to the shop before any of my employees, because I have my annual shop inventory. I wanted to set things up, so they

have something different to do”. 34)-(Robert) “ I opened the door, turned off the alarms and out of nowhere, here

come Joey and Tommy wanting to “hold up” the shop and take some weapons

and ammo; because they had a bigger heist to do”. 35)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “ And they told you all of this?”. 36)-(Robert) “Yeah!!!…In fact, Joey told me about his plan. He was ranting

about being down in luck and needed to do what he did”. 4. 37)-(Robert) “Can You Please…Tell Karen to come down here, please…She

needs to be here now”. 38)-(D.A. Varna) “Not a problem ‘Rob’, but we need to get to the bottom of this”. “Now explain to me EXACTLY how things happened ‘Rob’”. 39)-(Robert) “Like I said before, I got to the shop early for our annual inventory, when these two pricks, pistol-whipped me and tried to steal some guns and

ammo for a bigger heist…after that, Tommy took my gun and after that…Joey

told Tommy to wait in the car or to bring the car around…I can’t remember

which, while Joey handed me the list of weapons that they wanted”. 40)-(Robert) “I always keep an old .22 Dillinger a two (2) shot pistol in a pocket

inside my belt. While Tommy was outside, I was able to retreat the gun from my

belt. When Joey saw me do that, he shot at me and I fired back. Looks like

Tommy heard the shots and came back inside…So I shot him too”. 41)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Counselor Varna…Can we speak in private?” 42)-(D.A.Varna) “What do you think about this Kyle?” 43)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “ Well Sir…I mean…Rob is an old friend, but something

doesn’t add up…” 44)-(D.A.Varna) “ Well Kyle…this looks like a clear case of self-defense, why?…what do you have in mind?”. 45)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “It’s kinda strange that Robert would head early into the

shop for inventory, when he never does that. He always gets there at 9:00 am

with his employees, inventory or not…I know him, he’s not a early morning

person”.- 46)-(D.A.Varna) “So…What are you saying?”. 47)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Well I mean, Joey and Rob grew up together and always

were best of friends…But…Isn’t a coincidence that Rob gets to the shop early

on inventory day before his employees and his best friend happens to be there

(at the shop) with 2 bit loser Tommy?”. 48)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Maybe Rob was in on the heist that Joey and Tommy

were going to do…and maybe something went wrong and Rob ended up

shooting these two, and wound up cooking up this story, to make it seem like it

was self-defense…”. 5. 49)-(D.A. Varna) “Interesting Kyle”, “If that’s the case, we’re gonna have to

charge him with Manslaughter 1. or even Murder 1”. 50)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Surely and Hopefully that’s not the case, but never the

less, ‘Rob’ is in a serious “Shit-Storm” and he doesn’t know which way the wind

is blowing”. N*51)- While this is happening, two of Robert’s employees along with Karen

show up at the Sheriff’s Office. They approach the counter and inquire about

what is going on. 52)-(Karen) “Where’s Rob? What’s Happening? Is he alright?”. 53)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “He’s injured on his shoulder and has a slight concussion

in the back of his head…As we speak he’s being treated, and he’ll be fine, it

seems like they are only flesh wounds”. “The real problem is that two people

wound up dead”. 54)-(Karen) “What? Who? When?

55)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Relax Karen, calm down, just hear me out, I’ll explain in

a minute”. 56)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Settle down, this is what allegedly happened”. N*57)- The Law Enforcement Officer explained to Karen what had occurred

that same morning…

58)-(Karen) “So what’s gonna happen now?” 59)-(Sheriff Guerrero) “Listen up, all of you…Sit tight… right over here and I’ll

come back soon with more detailed information”. “While I’m gone, please write

down your information: Names, Addresses and Emails on this pad, I’ll be back

as soon as possible”. N*60)-The Sheriff went back to the room where Robert was being kept. While

the deputy clerk dealt with Karen and the other employees that had arrived, Guerrero joined the D.A. for further interrogation. After a while, the D.A. and the

Sheriff stepped out of the room and discussed among themselves what to do

and decided to charge Robert with Manslaughter 1. 6. ACT II: Hard Accusation

N*61)- It was a done deal, Robert was being charged with Manslaughter 1 and

faced a minimum of (five) 5 years in prison per each charge. 62)-(Robert) “You’re going to charge me with Manslaughter 1 for these two

assholes that shot and tried to rob me to do another heist?”. 63)-(D.A. Varna) “Robert, I’m sorry, but it is what it is…The Law is the

Law…Get a Lawyer…Sorry Buddy”. 64)-(Robert) “Is my wife here yet?” “I want to speak to my wife!” 65)-(D.A. Varna) “That’s fine ‘Rob’, she’s here, I’ll send her right in”. N*66)- Karen was granted access to see Robert…She enters the room shown

in by Sheriff Guerrero and sees her husband hand-cuffed to the table inside the

interrogation room…

67)-(Karen) “Baby, what happened? Why do they have you cuffed? -Not

accepting the reality of things- 68)-(Robert) “I don’t know why they have me in here, but Kyle and Varna are

going to charge me with Manslaughter 1 and I’m innocent!” “This was

self-defense!”. 69)-(Karen) “Okay Baby, tell me what happened…”. N*70)- Robert explained to her in full detail what had occurred and then told

her…

71)-(Robert) “Karen…Do you remember Seth Steinberg? We went to school

together…We used to call him “Crater Face” because he had a shit load of zits

on his face…The Nerd Kid?”…You gotta remember…Joey, Tommy and me

used to fuck with him in school…”. 72)-(Karen) “Yeah!…I think I remember him”. “Why?” “The last I heard, is that

he disappeared”. 73)-(Robert) “Yeah well he lives in the City now and he’s this big time criminal

attorney and the #1 litigator in the state”. 7. 73A)-(Robert) “His number is in my contact list”…”Call him”…”Explain to him

what happened and please ask him to come down here please”. N*74)- Karen requested Robert’s cell phone from the D.A.and Varna obliged. Once she had the mobile unit, she proceeded to call Seth Steinberg. Steinberg

was bullied constantly by Robert, Tommy and Joey. After High School

Graduation, he left and enrolled in Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. There he became a prominent lawyer in the City of Boston. An

Excellent Criminal Litigation Attorney that once served as the District Attorney

for the City of Boston as well. N*75)- Karen contacted Seth and he agreed to meet her at the Sheriff’s office, although Robert was one of his tormentors during his Childhood and High

School years. N*76)- Four hours later, Seth arrives at the Sheriff’s Office and declares himself

as Robert’s Attorney and requests to see his client. At this point, Varna had left

the Sheriff’s Office and headed to his own office in order to start “putting the

case together” looking for evidence and analyzing the facts at hand. N*77)- After certain questioning, the employees were sent home. Seth enters

the cell where Robert was moved to from the interrogation room, ready to be

transported to the County Jail until his arraignment the following morning at the

District Court. N*78)- Seth was led by the Deputy Sheriff to ‘Rob’s’ cell and steps in. Robert

saw him and gave him a strong and tight hug. Seth felt uncomfortable with that “Hypocritical” gesture. Remembering the things that Robert did to him during

his youth especially in High School. Seth was severely traumatized

psychologically by the actions of those three bullies. But he decided to “Help” Robert in order to face his demonizing client and put the past to rest, proving

that he had risen above that and was able to “forgive” Robert. 79)-(Seth Steinberg) “Okay ‘Rob’, I’m here…Just one question and be Honest

above all…Don’t You Dare Lie To Me!…Are you involved with what Tommy and

Joey were planning to do? Yes or No? Be Honest…

80)-(Robert) “No! Fuck No! I did not kill these men with any type of Ill

intention…This was self-defense… I was attacked by them!!!”

8. ACT III: Prison Talk

81)-(Seth Steinberg) “Okay ‘Rob’, I’m all ears…What Happened?”. 83)-(Robert) “Jesus Christ! For the Fortieth Time I’ve had to explain this, haven’t they told you what happened already???”. 84)-(Seth) “Yeah they did explain it, but I need to hear it from you”. N*85)- Robert explained to Seth in exact detail the occurrences that morning…

86)-(Robert) “…and now they’re charging me with Manslaughter 1 and maybe

even Murder 1”. 87)-(Seth) “Well, I need to speak with the D.A. and in a little while, they are

going to take you to South Bay, they were nice enough to wait until I got here

and spoke to you”. You’ll be kept there until you’re arraignment tomorrow and

for bail agreements”. “Don’t worry ‘Rob’, I’ll do my best to get you outta this

mess”. N*88)- Seth headed towards the D.A.’s Office. About an hour later, Robert was

transported to the County Jail…

89)-(Sergeant Wilson) “Alright Ladies, get your fucking asses out of the bus,

this isn’t a tour ride…MOVE!”. 90)-(Warden Pittman) “Where’s the Gun shop Man?”. 91)-(Sergeant Wilson) “That’s Him Sir”. 92)-(Warden Pittman) So! You’re the “Gun-Man?” “I’ll be keeping me eyes on

you!”. “You better try not pull a fast one in here, I’ll send your ass to the hole

during your entire stay”. “So Don’t Fuck With Me!”. N*93)- Robert didn’t say a word and followed instructions. 94)-(Corrections Officer) “Everyone, single file, walk inside the yellow line close

to the wall. No talking and walk into that room where the other C.O. is at. When

he tells you, strip your criminal asses butt naked”. N*95)- The prisoners walked into the room one by one and stripped naked as

instructed to do so. 9. 96)-(Corrections Officer) “ All of you maggots, face the wall…bend over and

cough twice…Now squat and cough twice…Stand up and face me. Grab your

dick and pull your foreskin back…Now lift your nut sack…Open your mouths

and move your tongues around your mouths…Get dressed”. N*97)- Meanwhile, at the D.A.’s Office…

98)-(Seth) “Varna! How are you? It’s been a long time”. 99)-(Varna) “Hello Seth! Yes, it has been a long time”. 100)-(Seth) “Well Varna, let’s get down to business”. 101)-(Varna) “I guess that by now you know what happened with Robert and to

be honest, thing don’t look good for him”. 102)-(Seth) “What are you charging him with?”. 103)-(Varna) “Well according to what I have gathered, Joey and Tommy were

going to perform a major heist (we don’t know where), but apparently Robert

was going to provide the weapons for that heist in exchange for a cut of the

bounty. Looks like something went wrong and Tommy alongside with Joey

ended up dead”. 104)-(Seth) “These are serious assumptions…What SOLID evidence do you

have?”. 105)-(Varna) “All circumstances and conclusions point to this, given that it is a

coincidence that on inventory day, Robert shows up to the shop much earlier

than his employees when he never does that”. 106)-(Varna) “According to my witnesses, Since day 1, Robert every year

performs his Armory’s Annual Inventory arriving to the shop with all of his

employees at the same time”. 107)-(Seth) “And?? So what???” 108)-(Varna) “So…Robert got to the shop early, in order to remove the

weapons and ammo to be used for the heist, he writes them off as a loss, covering his ass from any wrong doing and involvement from the future heist”. “You know damn well that Robert was an asshole and a loser before he met

Karen, she was the one to straighten he ass out, but once a delinquent, always

a delinquent”. 10. 109)-(Seth) “Varna…This is all circumstantial and you don’t have any solid

evidence against Robert…This is Bullshit Varna”. 110)-(Varna) “Seth…That Prick even bullied you in High School harshly and

now you’re defending him?” “You’re the one who’s full of shit!”. 111)-(Seth) “Yeah…I remember…That’s why I’m gonna let you take your

course of action with low resistance on my part”. 112)-(Varna) “So what are you saying?”. 113)-(Seth) “I’m going to represent him…But Fuck Defending Him…Also, my

fees will be incremented drastically”. 114)-(Varna) “Seth…Now I gotta ask: Why now? That was a long time ago…

115)-(Seth) “Cut the shit Varna, you brought it up, but then I realized that this is

an excellent opportunity for some pay-back”. “Because of those three, I had to

spend a lot of time in therapy and doctor visits, this is my chance for revenge”. 116)-(Varna) “Seth…You realize that what we are doing is unethical and we

can be disbarred or even imprisoned if we are caught?”. 117)-(Seth) “Yeah…I realize that”. But , I’m going through with this…Don’t try to

stop or expose me”. “By the way, just as a reminder…Remember, I got dirt on

you too… that evidence from way back when, so don’t try to fuck with me in any

way. I’ll let you do your thing, but do not fuck with my payback”. N*118)- Varna stood and looked at Seth with admiration because he decided to

stick with the plan and he knew that Seth was right in a way. Varna himself was

involved in some crooked deals and schemes during his days as the Assistant

District Attorney, freeing members of the Russian and Irish Mobs in Boston, regardless of evidence and crimes. 119)-(Seth) “So Varna, I think we have a deal, you go ahead and send Robert

upstate for 10 years under the grounds of Manslaughter 1. 5 years per case, with the possibility of parole after serving 7 years of his sentence”. “Before his

first parole hearing, we can set him up so he could fuck up his parole and

maybe double or triple his time”. “The Black Gorilla Army can do the job for us”. 120)-(Varna) “I can’t believe what you are saying, but we’ll do it that way, he

really was an evil motherfucker, I guess that KARMA came down on him”. “I’m

so glad that you agreed to putting this piece of shit away…”. 11. N*121)- Robert’s fate was decided and sealed, both the D.A. and his own

Defense Attorney agreed to send Robert to prison for the rest of his natural life

once the “set up” took place inside the prison walls. 122)-(Varna) “So…you’re going to advice him to plead “NOT GUILTY” and

have him go through a trial by Jury?” 123)-(Seth) “Exactly, so that means that we need to find other bullied victims by

Robert, in order to convince the Jury that Robert needs to be incarcerated due

to his abusive and sinister nature”. 124)-(Varna) “Okay…Done Deal. Let’s get to work”.

THIS SECTION IS LEFT INTENCIONALLY BLANK.

12. ACT IV: Trial and Conviction

N*125)- Both men agreed to trial and convict Robert due to his aggressive and

abusive nature when he was at a younger age. This was their opportunity to

seek payment for all the Ill actions that Robert had committed in the past. To

them, ‘what goes around, comes around’ by any and all means. The

arraignment took place on Thursday morning just as planned by the D.A. and

Seth Steinberg (Robert’s Attorney). As planned, Seth advised Robert to plead

‘Not Guilty’ in order to be judged by a Grand Jury and was held with no bail. N*126)- The trial was set to commence the following month, during that time,

the Jury members were carefully selected by the D.A. and Seth Steinberg. They both sought a Jury that would convict Robert in the shortest time possible. N*127)- The month went by and just as planned, the trial lasted 4 days after

calling to the stand all of their witnesses (Varna and Seth’s). Joey and Tommy

family and friends claimed for justice. On the 4

th day, after 2 hours of

deliberation, the Jury convicted Robert to 10 years between both cases on

Manslaughter 1, according to the set plan. N*128)- The Jury agreed with regards to the oddity of Robert’s time of arrival on

inventory day, when he always arrives to perform his annual inventory at the

same time as his employees. That small detail gave the Prosecutor’s case

more strength and as expected, the Defense could not explain that change of

pattern in Robert’s accustomed routine. 129)-(Bailiff) “ALL RISE”. N*130)- The Honorable Judge Harry R. Stone enters the courtroom and sits at

his bench ready for sentencing…

131)-(Judge Stone) “Jury…have you reached a verdict?”. 132)-(Jury Member) “Yes, your Honor”. 133)-(Judge Stone) “Alright…What is it?”. 134)-(Jury Member)- “On the two (2) counts of Manslaughter 1, we the Jury find

Mr. Robert Jensen, Guilty. On the two (2) counts of conspiracy to aid and

commit a criminal enterprise, we the Jury find Mr. Robert Jensen, Guilty on both

counts due to Circumstantial Evidence. We the Jury recommend the sentence

proposed by the D.A.’s Office”. 13. 135)-(Judge Stone) “Mr. Jensen, please rise in order to read to you your

sentence”. “Before I do so…I must express my thoughts about your case”. “I

must say that in all of my years as a Judge, I have never seen a case like this”. The lack of appreciation of your good fortune, given that you have proven to be

a successful man in the business world and to use others to commit a lucrative

criminal enterprise and murder them in cold blood…To me. this is more than a

criminal act…It is a disgrace to our society”. “If it were up to me, I would put you

away for the rest of your natural life, but the Law is the Law and I must abide by

it”. 136)-(Judge Stone) “Before I read your sentence, is there something that you

would like to say?”. 137)-(Robert) “Yes your Honor”. “Evidently, my Defense Attorney might as well

been in “cahoots” with the District Attorney because there was NO defense at

all”. “And without analyzing my case completely with full details and in such a

short period of time, I’m already being sentenced and convicted”. “This is

clearly a set up by both parties”. “I am an innocent man, even though in the

past I was not exactly a role model…I didn’t do this with premeditation or Ill

intention…It was self defense!!!”. “All of you know it!!!”. “This was a set up!!!”. 138)-(Judge Stone)- “According to The Laws of the Commonwealth of the State

of Massachusetts…And under the Authority Granted to me by the State…I

hereby sentence you to ten (10) years of incarceration, five (5) years per count

with the possibility of parole after serving 7 years of your sentence”. “This court

is adjourned”. 139)-(Judge Stone) “Officer of the Court…Take this man away”. N*140)- Karen and the other family members present shouted with grief and

anger. Varna and Seth shook hands and smiled at each other as if they had

accomplished a great deed to the commonwealth and the people. N*141)- Robert was taken away and transferred to Concord State Prison to

start serving his sentence. THIS SECTION IS INTENCIONALLY BLANK

14. ACT V: Life and Time in the Big House

N*142)- Robert was removed from the Courtroom and transported to the

Concord State House of Corrections (State Prison) Facilities. The prisoner

transport bus drove into the driveway, where the other inmates (inside the

fence) were able to see them arrive from the prison yard. The bus stopped and

‘Captain James Larkin approached the vehicle…

143)- (Captain Larkin) “As you get off the bus, form a single line just like in

County, NO TALKING!!! and you will face me”. 144)-(Captain Larkin)- “In here, I am your Master, I’m your Mother and Father, I

am the man to look for if you’re in trouble”. “You will not eat, you will not sleep

and you will not shower until we tell you to do so”. “Any violation to any of these

terms or any other of the rules that you will be given, will be met with extreme

prejudice and harsh punishment”. “DO NOT FUCK WITH ME!!!”. “Now that this

has been taken care of, the Warden wants a word with all of you sorry sons of

bitches”. 145)-(Warden Jack Phillips / Southern Accent) “Greetings Ex-Members of

Society…Welcome to Hell…My Home…”. “You will learn that nothing happens

here without me knowing”. 146)-(Warden Jack Phillips) “I DO NOT TOLERATE ANY KIND OF BULLSHIT

IN HERE!!!”. “Whatever you did on the outside…You will not do in here”. “I

HAVE SEVERE METHODS OF PUNISHMENT THAT YOU WILL MEET IF

YOU FUCK UP!!!”. “I don’t want no ‘Gang-Shit’ in here…If anything like that is

discovered or happens…I will put you in the hole for your full prison sentence”. 147)-(Warden Phillips)- “You were sent to me to be rehabilitated and you will be

rehabilitated!!!”. “YOU GET NO FREE PASSES WITH ME!!!. “So if you FUCK

UP in anyway, remember…Your Ass Belongs To Me…”. 148)-(Warden Phillips) “You might be Rapists, Killers, Robbers, Thieves or

Confidence Men…That’s a CON ARTIST!!!, in case any of you dumb

motherfuckers don’t understand what a confidence man is”. “To me, you are all

equal pieces of hog shit”. “And always remember this…I’m the HEAD

CRACKER in charge, and I will be damned if any of you maggot-shit

cocksuckers make me look bad or piss me off”. “You have forfeited your rights

to be a U.S. citizen…You are now a number and a zero negative puddle of dog

vomit”. 15. 149)-(Warden Phillips) “So…My advice to you is to stay off my shit list and we

will get along just fine”. 150)-(Warden Phillips) “Now that we are getting along and I hope I was friendly

enough for you…Captain Larkin: Take charge of this sour batch of shit

heels…Clean ‘em up and send them to the hole for a week…23 and 1”. “Welcome to Concord Shit Bags!!!”. (walked away laughing). N*151) Captain Larkin, along with four (4) other C.O.’s took the men to

admissions to get their prison uniforms and toiletries and on to their 23 and 1

lock down as a “Welcome Home” gift. N*152) That ‘gift’ was a tough one, put in a 6’ X 5’ cell with no windows and in

total darkness. Their food consisted of a slop of oatmeal, a piece of old hard

bread and a tin cup filled with Luke-warm water. They slept on a cold concrete

slab without pillows or covers, being hit directly with the cold air from the

ventilation system, at a steady 52 degrees of temperature. N*153) The sanitary conditions in that “hole” were deplorable, the ceiling was

leaking. Robert was able to make friends with a rat that visited him for his bread

crumbs. N*154) The week was up and the cell door cracked open…

155)-(Corrections Officer) “All right Jensen, get up…It’s time for general

population”. “LET’S GO !!!” N*156) Concord is a tough prison even though the Warden warns the “New

Fish” about prison gangs. 92% of the prison inmate population are gang

members. N*157) They have the Aryan Brotherhood (Neo Nazi White Supremacists), the

Black Gorillas (Ex-Black Panthers and Black Race Inmates), the Ñetas (Puerto

Rican Street and Prison Gang with roots coming from “El OSO BLANCO” state

prison in Puerto Rico), the Latin Kings (Enemies of the Ñetas and MS13), the

MS13 (Mara Salvatrucha a Prison and Street Gang originated from El Salvador)

among other Hispanic affiliates. And then you have the Italian Mob, where

Bosses and Under bosses were housed being the most respected “guests” of

the “Big House”.

16. N*158)- Carmine Bonano was the Syndicate Crime Boss of the Lucciano Crime

Family, he was incarcerated for the same reason as Al Capone…Tax evasion

under the same circumstances and a similar type of case. He was sentenced to

16 years and was nine (9) months shy of completing his prison term. N*159)- Carmine knew everything that went on inside Concord. He had his

hands on every drug deal, contraband, liquor smuggling, prostitution deal, cigarette trade…Everything. He was in cahoots with the Warden and several

other C.O.’s that allowed him to operate in exchange for a percentage vig to be

paid every week. The entire Prison was crooked and was manipulated by

Carmine Bonano. 160)-(Bonano) “Larkin !!!”. 161)-(Capt. Larkin) “Yes Sir”. 162)-(Bonano) “How many “New Fish” do we have?”. “I need their names and

paperwork”. “I don’t want any child rapists walking around in my yard!”. 163)-(Capt. Larkin) “I’ll send you a print out with one of the guards this evening”. “But I’m pretty sure we didn’t get any this time”. 164)-(Bonano) “Make Sure You Do That!!!”. N*165) Later on that evening a C.O. delivered the list to Bonano, but a certain

name and case caught Bonano’s eye and attention…Robert Jensen…

N*166)- The following morning after breakfast, the inmates headed towards the

yard for their morning exercise, Robert as a new inmate basically kept to

himself given that he didn’t know anybody in there. He was fearful of the other

prisoners and from far away showed his respect to them. He didn’t want any

trouble, so therefore he decided to be a “Loner”. N*167)- Carmine Bonano had given the instructions to all of the other gang

leaders, to not to approach Robert or even try to recruit him because he already

had other plans for Robert. So there it was, Robert was under the protection of

Carmine Bonano without him knowing whatsoever. 168) -(Bonano) “Dominic, take Peter with you and bring me the “New Fish

Jensen”, tell him that a “friend” wants to speak to him now”. “Go on, go get

him”. 169) - (Dominic) “Sure thing Boss”. 17. N*170)- Peter and Dominic went over to Robert…

171) (Dominic) “Hey you, New Fish…You’re Robert Jensen right?”. 172) (Robert) “Yeah, that’s me…What do you want?”. 173) (Dominic) “Calm down cowboy, my boss Mr. Bonano wants to see you

right away”. 174) (Robert) “Me? Why me? I don’t know him or have any beef with him”. “I

don’t have enemies here”. 175) (Peter) “Well, if you don’t go to Mr. Bonano, you will have them”. N*176) Robert understood under those conditions and went to meet Carmine

Bonano along with Dominic and Peter. Although in the past Robert was a street

thug, he knew that this was prison and that this was a whole different ballgame. 177) (Carmine) “Hello Mr. Jensen, nice to make your acquaintance”. 178) (Carmine) “Do you know who I am? Can I call you Robert?”. 179) (Carmine) “Has anybody bothered you in any way?”. 180) (Robert) “I’m Fine…I can’t say that I know you”. 181) (Carmine) “You mean…I can’t say I know you…Sir”. 182) (Robert) “I can’t say that I know you Sir”. 183) (Carmine) “My name is Carmine Bonano and I run this joint”. 184) (Carmine) “As you can see, the ‘Moolies' have their gang, the Rednecks

have their group, the Spics have their own show, but they all respond to me”. “I

say what happens inside these walls”. “If anyone wants to do a hit, it gotta go

through me”. “My Word is Law”. 185) (Carmine) “Now, I understand that you owned a gun shop for about 10

years…Is that so?”. 186) (Robert) “Yes Mr. Bonano”. 18. 187) (Carmine) “I know what happened to you and if you ask me, I think that

somebody set you up…Forgetaboutit…You’re an innocent man! Shit, everybody in here is an innocent man!”. N*188) Robert stood shut and kept listening to what Bonano was saying…

189) (Carmine) “Imma propose to you a proposition”. 190) (Robert) “Sir…with all due respect, I don’t want any problems”. 191) (Carmine) “There’s no problem here my friend”. “Just hear me out and

you’ll like the proposition”. 192) (Robert) “OK Mr. Bonano, I’m all ears”. 193) (Carmine) “Have a seat, do you smoke, want a cigarette?”. 194) (Robert) “No thank you Sir, I don’t smoke”. 195) (Carmine) “Okay, here’s the deal, since you were a gun shop owner, I

presume that you know your way around guns…Am I right?”. 196) (Robert) “That’s right”. 197) (Carmine) “And…Would you know how to fabricate silencers?”. 198) (Robert) “Yes Sir, I believe I can”. 199) (Carmine) “Good!…Can you convert a pistol from semi automatic to

fully?”. 200) (Robert) “I could do that”. 201) (Carmine) “Good!…What about zip guns? Can you make them?”. 202) (Robert) “If I had a machine shop with all of the tools that I need…I could

make a zip gun”. “But there’s a problem…I need a bullet or a round in order to

find the right steel pipe, but we’re in prison and I don’t think that we can find

them here”. 203) (Robert) “Since I’m new here, I won’t be able to gain access to the prison

machine shop”. 19. 204) (Carmine) “Didn’t I just tell you that I run this joint?”. “You let Me worry

about those things”. 205) (Robert) “Well Sir, now that you know, what do you want from me?”. 206) (Carmine) “I think it’s obvious, I want you to work for me”. “I offer you

complete protection in here even after my release, my boys will be in here and

they will watch over you”. “Nobody will Fuck With You!”. “Guaranteed!”. “You’ll

have everything that you need, it’ll be like a country club for you”. “If you decide

to refuse this opportunity, you’ll be everyone’s bitch and you’ll end up walking

funny everyday of your pleasant stay, if you catch my drift…”. 207) (Robert) “You sound like The Godfather: I’ll make him an offer that he can’t

refuse…”. 208) (Carmine) “Exactly, So you’ll take the job?”. 209) (Robert) “Absolutely Sir, I’m in”. 210) (Carmine) “Wonderful, Welcome to the Bonano Family!”. 211) (Robert) “So, I’m a Made Man?”. 212) (Carmine) “FUCK NO!…You’re Not Italian…You’re just an employee”. 213) (Carmine) “Another thing…Once you do your time in here, you keep

working for me on the outside, there’s no quitting us!”. 214) (Robert) “So…How and when do I start?…Remember I need to get into

the machine shop”. “And by the way, how many zip guns do you want and how

will I get them out of the shop?”. 215) (Carmine) “You start now, in a couple of days, you’ll have full access to the

shop, I’ll tell the Warden to put you in there”. 216) (Carmine) “I need six (6) ‘zippers’, you gotta make sure, that they’re are

safe to use”. “I don’t want that shit to blowing up in our hands, if that happens,

that’ll be the end of you”. “You will add a silencer to each ‘zipper’, I don’t want to

attract attention or have any kind of noise”. “I got a few hits to do in here and

don’t worry, you won’t be doing the shooting”. 217) (Robert) “Well Sir, how will we get them outta the shop?”. 20. 218) (Bonano) “The guards will bring them to me when you finish all of

them…You’ll give them to the guard that I show you and BADABING!!!”. ACT VI: A Man with Power

N*219) Just like Bonano had said…Three days later, Robert had full privileges

not only in the machine shop, but in all areas inside Concord State Prison. When Robert walked inside the machine shop for the first time, the guard inside

secretly handed Robert a black velvet bag with six (6) .40 bullets inside and was

directed to a secluded corner inside the shop, away from the other prisoners

working there. N*220) Robert was afraid with this task, everywhere he went, two (2) Lucciano

family members went with him or followed him. No one dared to speak to

Robert because who he had become in a short amount of time. Robert in his

early years had read “The Anarchist Cookbook”. He needed certain diagrams

presented in that book, in order to be able to fabricate the zip guns and the

silencers requested by Carmine Bonano. Even though Robert knew how to

fabricate the zip guns and silencers, he needed the exact dimensions

contained in that book. 221) (Robert) “Mr. Bonano, I’m having problems with certain measurements of

the steel pipes and the bullets. I need to get some info about the correct

measurements”. 222) (Carmine) “Well, what do you need?”. “And let me remind you…DON’T

FUCK WITH ME!!!”. 223) (Robert)) “I need a book called: The Anarchist Cookbook”. “Without that

book I can’t get my job done”. 224) (Carmine) “I’ll see what I can do, but for now, keep working on it…I better

start to see results!!!”. 225) (Robert) “ I’ll keep working Sir, but I need that book”. N*226) Robert kept on working in the shop, but he kept on failing in his attempts

to make the zip guns and silencers. Bonano had sent for a copy of the book

and a week later the book was in Bonano’s hands. 21. 227) (Bonano) “Peter, go get Robert, tell him to come here”. 228) (Peter) “Yes Mr. Bonano, right away Sir”. N*229) A few minutes later, Robert stood in front of Bonano…

230) (Bonano) “Robert, here’s your book. It was a pain in the ass to get it, but

here it is”. “Now you better deliver or that’s your ass, you’ve been fucking off for

too long”. 231) (Robert) “Thank you Mr. Bonano, no worries, give me a couple of days

and you’ll have your ‘zippers’. 232) (Bonano) “I hope so…For your sake!”. N*233) Robert grabbed the book and studied it that same night in his cell. The

next day after the morning chow, Robert headed towards the shop and applied

the information from the book after memorizing it and was able to successfully

fabricate the first zip gun and silencer. Robert gave the zipper to the guard, to

have it delivered to Bonano. After the evening chow, the entire Bonano family

inside of Concord had a meeting with Robert…

234) (Bonano) “Robert, I just got the piece from the guard, the bullet fits in

perfectly, let’s hope for your sake that the zipper works”. 235) (Robert) “No worries Mr. Bonano, it’ll work fine without a doubt”. 236) (Bonano) “Good…I see that you stand behind your work, so you are going

to be the one who tests it on that nigger Khalid Brown”. 237) (Robert) “Who Me?” “Why Me?” “If I get caught, I’ll end up doing life

instead of my original bid”. “Plus you promised that I didn’t have to do any hits”. 238) (Bonano) “FUCK PROMISES!!!” “You’re still alive, right?” “You let me

worry about you getting caught”. “I don’t want that thing blowing up in one of my

boys’ hands”. “If you say it works, you’re gonna have to prove it”. 239) (Robert) “Mr. Bonano, Khalid Brown is the leader of the Black Gorillas”. “If

I kill him, they’ll cut me into pieces”. 240) (Bonano) “Bob, can I call you Bob?”. You’re part of the family, nobody is

going to touch you, unless I say so…Prove your loyalty…Get it done!”. 241) (Robert) “Yes Sir…But…”. 22. 242) (Bonano) “There ain’t no “Buts”, “Hows” or “Whys”!!!. I’ll tell you when it’s

going to happen and if you don’t do it, Forgetaboutit, I’ll cut you up into pieces

my fucking self”. N*243) Robert had to do, what he was told to do. Without any other option he

accepted and awaited for instructions. The Black Gorillas, were a tight unit. Khalid Brown was never alone, he always had his Captains and Soldiers with

him. It was a difficult job to do. The timing had to be right. Robert couldn't do it

in the mess hall, he would have to do it during recreation time period in the

yard…

N*244) The word had spread around in the inmate population, that Bonano and

Robert had fabricated a zip gun with a silencer, but it was not clear on who was

going to get “whacked” first. There was a long list of prisoners that owed

Carmine Bonano for either booze, drugs or protection and they were way

behind in payments. N*245) As Bonano had said: “I don’t need to attract attention”, the hit of Khalid

Brown had to be unexpected and silent. Khalid was a very dangerous

individual. He personally had slaughtered three (3) members of the Lucciano

Crime Syndicate Family and had gotten away with it. But it was time to “Pay the

Piper” for Khalid. N*246) Two (2) weeks passed since that meeting between the Lucciano Family

and Robert in order to let the rumors and comments die down. There was

“peace” among all the gang networks, everybody minded their own business, but the assassination of Khalid Brown was already set. 247) (Bonano) “Robert, it’s been a couple of weeks since we agreed on Khalid

Brown, so now is the time to hit him while everything is calm”. “Are you ready?”. 248) (Robert) “I’m ready Mr. Bonano, I just want to get it out of the way”. “What

is your plan?”. 249) (Bonano) “I talked to the Warden about this and he hates that fucking

nigger as well. So, he’s gonna put a transfer in for Brown to Bridgewater prison

in this State. He’ll put in a transfer for Dominic, Peter and You to a different

prison. Once you three are in the transfer cells, Dominic and Peter will have the

zipper and silencer up their asses. You guys will be in the next cell by Brown. Once the transport guard leaves, Dominic and Peter will shit out the two (2)

pieces…You put them together and you will kill that fucking moolie dead”. 23. 250) (Robert) “But how will I get rid of the zipper?, they’re going to flip us over

and will find the weapon…”. 251) (Bonano) “Behind the head in your cell, there’s a crevice that leads to the

outside sewer system. Once you hit that piece of shit, you toss the tools inside

and bye-bye baby!”, “You’ll be fine…Remember, I need you on the outside and

I can’t afford to have you or the boys in here”. “Another thing…You’re gonna

hear threats and yelling…Pay no attention, it’s part of the plan…Don’t you dare

fuck this up!!!…Just keep your trap shut and everything will be fine…I’m

counting on ya Robert!!!”.. “Don’t fuck up !!!”. 252) (Robert) “Sounds Good!” “When are we going to be “transferred?”. 253) (Bonano) “You’ll be “moving” within the next two (2) days and know

this…After the hit, they’re going to send you guys to the hole for a month or

maybe a little more, but keep your mouth shut and you’ll be fine”. 254) (Robert) “But what about the cameras in the holding area?”. 255) (Bonano) “Those cameras will be set for failure, they’ll have technical

issues two hours before you guys are put in there and won’t record a thing”. “They’ll have no evidence against you, don’t worry Kid, I got you covered, just

do this for me and we’ll go a long way”. N*256) Just as planned with the Warden, Robert, Dominic and Peter were sent

to the holding cells to be transported as well as Khalid in the adjacent cell.. 257) (Brown) “C.O. you can’t be serious, Man…How you gonna put me in a cell

next to these dago-grease head motherfuckers?”. 258) (Corrections Officer) “Hey! Shut the Fuck Up before I send you to the hole

for three months!”. “You better get used to them cause you’re going to the

same place”. 259) (Brown) “What the Fuck?”. “Always the same thing, you cracker

motherfuckers are always trying to keep the Black Man down and isolated, Fuck You and your establishment!”. 260) (Corrections Officer) “Listen you Black Panther wanna be cocksucker, if

you don’t shut the fuck up right now, I’ll put all of yous together”. 261) (Brown) “Yeah I bet you would, but Fuck You Cracker!!! I’ll see you on the

down low”. 24. 262) (Corrections Officer) “Are you threatening me convict?”. I will lock down

your nigger ass in the hole for the rest of your sentence”. “Now shut the fuck up

and get used to it!”. 263) (Brown) “Yeah, alright…God don’t like ugly…You’ll get yours”. 264) (Corrections Officer) “That’s Right!…God don’t like ugly…that’s why your

nigger ass is in here!”. N*265) Khalid had no other choice but to accept being next to his arch-enemies

in the adjacent cell. Once the guard left the area, Peter went to the head and

retreated from his rectum the zipper gun that was inside a plastic bag, Dominic

followed behind and retreated the silencer in the same fashion, leaving it

behind the toilet on the floor. While this is happening, Khalid spoke to Robert…

266) (Khalid) “Hey…White Boy, Yeah you with that Army haircut…Ain’t you the

one that they call: “The Weapons Man?”. 267) (Robert) “I don’t know what you are talking about…Don’t talk to me

Nigger!”. 268) (Khalid) “Yeah…It is you…I heard that you were making some guns up in

here…” “What up wit dat dog?”. 269) (Robert) “I’m not a Fucking Dog…I don’t know what you’re talking

about…and again…DON”T TALK TO ME NIGGER!!!” 270) (Khalid) “Yeah Boy!!!”. “You Da Man Then!!!”. “I got a deal for ya!”. 271) (Robert) “Leave me alone!!! I don’t make deals with Niggers!!!”. 272) (Khalid) “I knew it was you!!!” N*273) Before Robert was taken to the transport cell next to Khalid, he had

drank a 16oz glass of whole milk, causing him to flatulent profusely and with a

strong stench behind them…

274) (Khalid) “Goddamn what the Fuck is That Smell?”. 275) (Robert) “I Just Farted…HAHAHAHAHA!!!” 276) (Khalid) “You Dirty Mother Fucker !!!”. “My Momma warned me about you

cracker motherfuckers and yo nasty asses”. “What the Fuck??? Did You Eat A

Frog or Something???”. 25. N*277) Everybody started laughing at the remarks of Khalid, he was a funny

man in nature, but a ruthless one never the less. The laughter and flatulence

calmed Khalid down…

278) (Robert) “I know that my farts stink…Imma take a crunch”. N*279) Robert walked to the cell toilet that was behind a four (4) foot concrete

wall. He grasped the silencer and the zipper. Robert had introduced into his

rectum two (2) .40 caliber bullets inside a plastic bag and pulled them out. As

he dramatized that he was evacuating, he put both pieces together and loaded

the zipper. N*280) He then hid the weapon up his long sleeve and got up from the toilet…

281) (Khalid) “You done taking a shit???”. “Your shit stinks like a

motherfucker!!!”. N*282) In a flash of a moment, Robert pointed the zip gun at Khalid’s face and

fired…The first shot penetrated his right eye and socket…Robert

reloaded…The second shot hit Khalid through his right side rib cage and exited

through his heart and his left side rib cage…

N*283) Khalid fell to the ground and there was nothing but silence. Robert ran

to the toilet to dispose of the weapon and got rid of it. The cameras inside the

cells were set to have certain “technical failures” by the guards, so there was no

proof on who committed the crime. Robert cleansed his hands of any

gunpowder because due to formalities, tests were going to take place in order

to ‘discover’ who shot Khalid. N*284) About ten minutes later, the guards arrive to the prisoner cells to

transport them to the other prison, when the body was found…

285) (Corrections Officer) “Control, control, come in please!”. 286) (Control) “This is base, come back”. 287) (Corrections Officer) “We have a prisoner down, I repeat we have a

prisoner down in transport cell #4 , requesting back up immediately!”. 288) (Control) “Copy That!” “Sending Back up right away!”. 289) (Corrections Officer) “Okay faggots, who did this, one of you should’ve

seen something!”. 26. 290) (Dominic) “We were all asleep, you woke us up when you got here”. “We

didn’t see jack shit”. 291) (Robert) “As the man said, we were all asleep, waiting to be moved and

you woke us up with your hollering and yelling”. 292) (C.O.) “Fuck that! You motherfuckers know what happened here and

you’re all are gonna talk”. N*293) While that conversation took place, Control called Warden Phillips to

inform him about the situation…

294) (Control) “Warden Phillips we have a code red in the transportation cell

units”. 295) (Warden Phillips) “What the fuck happened?” 296) (Control) “Sir, the prisoner Khalid Brown is down, apparently there are gun

shot wounds inflicted in him”. “The prisoner is apparently dead”. 297) (Warden Phillips) “Copy that I’m on my way!”. N*298) Meanwhile, in the transportation cell area…

299) (C.O.) “You shit-bags know who did this or have to do something with this,

it’s only a matter of time that one of you grease balls ‘spill the beans’. 300) (Peter) “We got nothing else to say…We were asleep until you came in!”. 301) (C.O) “Horseshit! We’ll see…There’s camera footage recorded…Wait ‘till

the Warden gets here!”. “All three of you are fucked!”. N*302) A few minutes later, the Warden arrives…

303) (Warden Phillips) “What seems to be the problem?…Holy Mary Mother of

God!!! “Which one of you pieces of shit did this???”. “I have no time for this

shit !!!”. “FUCK! Now I got a shot dead nigger leader of a gang in my transport

cell and I’m not gonna put up with this shit!!!…”You either start talking or I will

put you myself in the hole for the rest of your natural lives !!!”. 304) (Robert) “Sir we were all sleeping in the cell when your C.O. came in here

screaming and now, he’s falsely accusing us of having something to do with

this!”. 27. N*305) Captain Larkins arrives to the scene, and Warden Phillips explains to

him what had occurred. Captain Larkins’ body language showed that

everything was going according to planned. The Warden was playing an

excellent role given that he was in on that hit. 306) (Warden Phillips) “Captain Larkins, take these three bastards and put

them in the hole…ninety (90) days!!! 24-7 we’re gonna get to the bottom of

this!!!”. “Guard…Follow me to base, let’s take a look at that footage…You shit

bags are in for it !!!…”. (Talking to the three inmates). 307) (Corrections Officer) “Yes Sir, I’m damn well convinced that these three

either did it or know who did”. N*308) Captain Larkins along with three other guards, escorted the three

convicts to the “hole” and locked them up in there. At the same time, Warden

Phillips got to the Control Base accompanied by the Corrections Officer that

made the discovery…

N*309) SCENE: Hole Area:

310) (Captain Larkins whispering to Robert through the door window) “Good

Job Jensen, keep your mouth shut and deny everything, the cameras weren’t

working, I made sure of that”. “You made an excellent contribution to society

and saved taxpayers a lot of money”. “Don’t worry kid, we got ya”. N*311) Those words were very comforting to Robert, he knew then, that his

stature inside the prison walls had drastically increased…But there was now

another major thing to worry about…

N*312) SCENE: Control Base Surveillance Cameras:

313) (Warden Phillips) “Sergeant, locate the video feed of transport cell #4”. 314) (Base Command Sergeant) “Sir, I heard over the radio what happened

and it looks like there was an issue with the video recorder…We’re able to see

the cell, but, it didn’t record the incident for some reason”. “I’m working on it

right now to see if we can recover some kind of footage”. 315) (Warden Phillips) “What the Fuck???”. “Are you serious???”. “You better

get me that footage or I will fire your ass this instant!!!”. 316) (Base Command Sergeant) “I’m working on it Sir, I don’t know what

happened!”. 28. 317) (C.O.) “Sir, what happens if we don’t get that footage?”…Can we still

prosecute them?”. 318) (Warden Phillips) “Without that tape, we can’t do diddly squat!!!”. “We

don’t have a murder weapon and those three appear to be clean!!!”. “We won’t

be able to do jack shit to them!!!”. 319) (Base Command Sergeant) “Warden…I found the problem…We have a

faulty wire that looks like as if a mouse or a rat bit into it and cut the video feed

to the recorder, in other words: the video monitor was working, but the recorder

didn’t receive a signal…The footage is lost…Or better yet…There is no

footage”. 320) (Warden Phillips) “Sergeant, you are in charge of this equipment during

your shift, Am I correct?”. 321) (Base Command Sergeant) “Yes Sir that is correct.”. 322) (Warden Phillips) “Very well…Go see Maggie in Human Resources and

tell her that I said to square you away…You’re Fired!!! You Irresponsible Piece

Of Shit!!!”. 323) (Base Command Sergeant) “But Sir…I didn’t…”. 324) (Warden Phillips) “Get the Fuck outta my face before I beat you down like

you deserve…Now I can’t prosecute them because of your dumb ass !!!”… “Did

you see anything at all???”. At least you can serve as a witness!!!”. 325) (Base Command Sergeant) “No Sir, I’m sorry, I didn’t see a thing..”. 326) (Warden Phillips) “Go on…Beat it you fucking idiot !!!!”. “Now the State is

gonna come down on me…Fucking Idiot !!!

N*327) The firing of the Sergeant would make sense to the board, that soon

would be gathered to asses the situation. The Warden would be fine in the end

with the state. Given that there was no proof or evidence that Robert had

murdered Khalid Brown, he was freed of the charges as well as Dominic and

Peter… just as planned, but there was something much worse taking place…

29. ACT VII: Riot Stench

N*328) The news of killing of Khalid Brown spread quickly among the prison

inmate population. As expected, the Black Gorillas were infuriated with the

news of their leader’s death. They already knew that it was Robert and the

Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family behind the hit. But according to the Convict

Code, they cannot go to war, without parlaying first. That would bring serious

consecuences to the Black Gorillas, because all other factions under

agreement would have to back up the Italians for breach of accord. N*329) SCENE: Inside the Black Gorilla’s circle:

N*330) The Black Gorilla’s number two (2) in command was Geoffrey Taylor

also known as “G.T”. A southern black man from Mobile, Alabama. Serving

248 consecutive years for the double homicide of his ex-wife and her lover. He

caught both of them having sex on Geoffrey’s mother’s bed. N*331) G.T. called all of his Captains, Sergeants and Soldiers to a meeting

before they made any move to attack…

332) (G.T.) “Hey Marcus, is everybody here?”. 333) (Marcus/Captain) “They all here G.T.!”. 334) (G.T.) “Alright…we all know that Khalid is gone and that leaves me as #1”. We all clear with that???”. 335) (Everybody) “Yeah you got that!!!”. “Yup you my main man!!!”…

336) (G.T.) “Now that we got that settled, let’s talk about Khalid…We all know

by now that Khalid was shot twice in the trans cell…Da only ones dat had

access to da guns or were making guns, are them dago Italian

motherfuckers…So what do y'all think??? Did they do it??? Could it been the

guards??? y'all know that this place is crooked as a motherfucker!!! So what

y'all think??? I’m listening…

337) (Inmate #1) “Dem motherfuckers had to do it, especially that white boy,

the one that’s always at the machine shop…Always secluded and shit, like if he

was doing a project or something that he didn’t want anybody to

see…Whenever somebody got close to his corner, the motherfucking C.O. would get in the way and send a nigga somewhere else”. He got sumpim' to do

wit dis shit” “On da Real !!!”. 30. 338) (Inmate #2) “Yeah! Dats Right !!! That motherfucker Larkin is always

watching that white boy’s back!!!” “That fucking Don Bonano even put in a

general order not to touch that Robert Cracker…Remember dat???”. “Dem

niggaz had this shit planned and hit Khalid when he was by himself…y'all

niggaz know that we was always wit Khalid, always protecting him & shit”. “I

don’t doubt dat da Warden is in this shit too…He didn’t like Khalid!!!”. N*339) Meanwhile, The MS13, the Latin Kings and the Ñetas called a truce and

decided to stick together until everything clears up. At this point, the three (3)

Latino Gangs knew that they were clear from that assassination, but never the

less, they had to come together to protect themselves from the different

factions. They met that same night in the boilers’ room in order to establish

temporary command, in case that there was a riot; which was most likely to

happen. The MS13 leader was Renatto Sandoval, alias: “Cuchilla”, from San

Salvador. The Latin Kings leader was Privilegiado Gómez, alias: “Privi”, from

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The leader of the Ñetas was Facundo

Del Monte, alias: “El Gordo”, from Las Piedras, Puerto Rico. N*340) The “Jefes” of the three (3) Hispanic gangs sat down in peace and

discussed what their attack or defense plan would be…

341) (Sandoval) “Todos sabemos porqué estamos aqui”. “Somebody killed

that “Negro Salvaje” and now they are gonna want to blame us”. “My soldiers

are loyal to my orders and they will not make a kill if I don’t “green light” it”.

Nunca hemos tenido problemas

con los molletos”. “Si había algún malentendido, lo planchábamos, pero, Ni

nosotros, Ni los 27, ni los Tiburones, ni los 25 tienen nada que ver con esto”. “We did not do it either”. N*344) The three (3) Hispanic gangs agreed to the temporary truce until the

Khalid Brown incident was resolved. They all denied any involvement with that

killing, but, they also brought up that Robert was always separated from the rest

of the prisoners when he was working at the machine shop. The Asian gangs

decided not to participate in any riot if it was to take place. There was serious

tension inside the Concord State Prison walls. 31. N*345) The Aryan group held a meeting as well. They decided to help the

Lucciano Family in case that they were approached by the Don. In exchange

they would receive twenty percent 20% of all deals made by the Lucciano

Syndicate. So they waited to see if a deal could be struck between both

criminal organizations. N*346) Down in the Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family’s den, there was nothing

but peace and quiet. Carmine Bonano knew that a riot was up for explosion

and the only thing that they had against them was that Peter and Dominic were

in the hole and they were the most ruthless warriors that Bonano had. But

never the less, Bonano had over 60 soldiers at his command and they were all

armed with prison make shift weapons. N*347) Robert was able to complete his task on making the six (6) zippers and

Bonano had them hidden in a hole at the rear end of his cell. Robert used and

disposed of only one (1) of the six zip guns and Bonano made sure ahead of

time, that he had enough bullets to cover the rest of the zippers. They were

ready for what was about to come. N*348) G.T. sent a message to meet with Bonano in the yard at 2:00p.m. in

order to parlay about what was to happen next…

349) (Bonano) “You wanted to see me, I’m here, what do you want?”. 350) (G.T.) “You know what I want, Y’all Dagos killed Khalid in the transport cell

with that gun that your boy Robert made at the shop”. 351) (Bonano) “I don’t know what your talking about, what gun??? we can’t

have guns in here”. 352) (G.T.) “Don’t try to play me you old fool!”. “We all know that Robert was

always by himself in the machine shop and he kept quiet on whatever he was

doing, nobody inside the shop except the guards had access to his area, and

we know that the guards were protecting him from others that wanted to know

what he was doing”..”And all of a sudden, Khalid ends up shot inside the cell

and your boy Robert along your two other grease head boys happen to be in

the next cell”. “We ain’t stupid you dumb motherfucker!”. 353) (Bonano) “Listen you moron, have a little more respect to your elders, didn’t your Momma teach you that?”. 32. 354) (G.T.) “Fuck you Old Man!”. “If you don’t come clean, we’re taking you to

war and my peeps are ready as soon as I get back to give out the order!”.. “This

shit right here gets no passes…I got the “Eses” , the Kings and the Ñetas with

their affiliates on my side”. 355) (Bonano) “Listen up Mr. Taylor, we don’t want to spill no more blood, if we

go to war. A lot of our soldiers will die and all for what?…For some Nigger that’s

been robbing all of you for years and you know this”. “We didn’t kill your man

Khalid, but if you want to go to war, we’ll go to war, but I assure you that your

side is the one that gonna get royally fucked”. “So you think about it. I’ll give you

24 hours to talk to your people and to make up your mind”. 356) (G.T.) “Yeah alright! We’ll see what happens in 24 hours”. N*357) The two men went their own ways and headed back to their respective

camps to discuss the next move…

358) (Bonano) “Paulie, I need you to go to the Aryan boys and ask to speak to

Ralph Wayne, he’s the #1 in charge. Tell him that I want to meet with him in the

laundry room at 4:00 p.m., tell him I got an offer he can’t refuse”. “The Moolies' want to go to war and we’ll give ’em war. But we ain’t gonna be enough, we

need their back up because the Monkeys got the Spics with them ready to fight

and they are over 300 strong”. “So go on boy deliver that message”. 359) (Paulie) “No problem Boss, I’m on my way”. N*360) Paulie went over to the Aryan camp and asked to speak to Ralph

Wayne. He was met with caution among the Aryan soldiers, but the request to

see Ralph was granted…

361) (Ralph) “The boys said that you had a message for me, what is it?”. 362) (Paulie) “My Boss Mr. Carmine Bonano would like to meet with you this

afternoon in the laundry room at 4:00p.m. with an offer that he has for you”. 363) (Ralph) “Does this has to do with the death of that Monkey?”. 364) (Paulie) “I really wouldn’t know Sir, I’m just relaying a message”. 365) (Ralph) “Fine…you’re just a soldier…Tell your Boss that I will meet with

him at 4:00p.m., I got a proposition for him too”. 366) (Paulie) “No problem Sir, I’ll tell him right away”. 33. N*367) G.T. met with the heads of the Hispanic gangs and they all agreed to

offer their back up in case of war…

368) (G.T.) “Thank you all for meeting with me…Usually, we fight among

ourselves and the Italians along with the Rednecks benefit from our losses, we

end up going to the hole, while they go ahead and make all the “cheddar”. By

the time we get outta the hole, we gotta start over”. “We also know that the

Warden is down with them grease heads and crackers, ‘cause they give him

and his boys a cut from the earnings, while we’re stuck in the hole…And I say

that enough is enough”. 369) (G.T.) “I’m asking you to back us up in the war that’s coming”. “In return, we can all have some bread on a equal share, no need to fight over turf we’ll all

have break bread with no more need to kill each other, but these punk

motherfuckers gotta go!”. “We need to stick together and watch out for more of

them guns that Robert made in the shop, I pretty sure that if he made one (1)

gun, he had to make more…What do you guys say?”. “Do we have a deal?”. 370) (Sandoval) “You know what “homes”?, you’re right, I had enough of

seeing my “soldados” die and for what?, chump change, when these fucking

“gueros” get rich, we’re poor people and have needs, so don’t worry “homie” La

Mara Salvatrucha got your back, but y’all better be on da up and up!”. 371) (El Gordo) “It’s fucking true Brother, my boys are dying to make a dollar, when we want to sling dope or something, we gotta get our shit from them, they

step on it 100 times and we end up doing this shit because nobody will buy it. They keep the best shot for them, they make all the loot and we end up fucked. Not only that, off the shit we sell, they want a 15% cut…They sells us bullshit

diesel and we still gotta pay them motherfuckers!”. “I’ll talk to my Ricans, don’t

worry “Negro”, we down with you”. 372) (Privi) “Us, “Reyes Latinos” are going though the same shit too. The

fucking “Italianos” and the fucking “blancos” are running the game and the

“cabrones” pigs are down with them”. “We can’t take a shit without paying

those bastards a vig”. “Estoy Harto de esos Cabrones!”. The Latin Kings are

down with the truce, we need to unite and get rid of these “Hijos de la Mala Gran

Puta”. 373) (G.T.) “I know that in the past we had our disagreements and we even had

to do some killings, but, all of that is in the past, we gotta focus on these racist

motherfuckers and be real in our agreement”. “Do all of you three (3) “Jefes” agree on these terms?” “Let’s go to war with these bitch ass niggaz, once we

win, we will have a sit down and plan our future together as one”. 34. N*374) By that time, it was already 4:00p.m., and Carmine Bonano was already

waiting for the Aryan leader Ralph Wayne to show up to the scheduled meeting. A few minutes later Wayne shows up accompanied by two of his soldiers…

375) (Bonano) “Thank you Mr. Wayne for accepting my invitation to this very

important meeting, I hope all is well with you”. 376) (Ralph) “Let’s cut the formalities Carmine and let’s get to business”. 377) (Bonano) “Let’s get down to business then”. “As you know, that Nigger

Khalid Brown was shot in his transport cell and my boys coincidentally were in

the cell next to him”. “Well, the man got shot and now the “Monkeys” are

blaming my boys for his death and want revenge”. “We didn’t kill that piece of

shit, but they want to take us to war regardless”. “I already parlayed with G.T. earlier today, which now, he’s the new leader and we gave each other 24 hours

to squash the beef or go to war”. ”I don’t have too many soldiers at my disposal, so what I’m proposing to you is an equal partnership. When we eliminate the

Niggers and Spics, where we can keep all earnings 50/50”. 387) (Ralph) “Bonano…Do you think I’m stupid or something?”. “First of all, everybody already knows that Robert made one or more zip guns and he did

the hit, so don’t try to feed me your bullshit!”. 388) (Bonano) “Okay, granted…Robert did the hit, but you as well as me, needed to get rid of that fucking moolie, he made the joint stink and was ripping

everybody off, even his own people were complaining of his shit”. “The rubber

head was no good and needed to be put down and you know it”. “Right now, Robert, Peter and Dominic are safely locked down, so we need to finish what

we started and get the Gorillas and Spics outta the way”. 389) (Ralph) “Don’t try to lie to me again Carmine, or I will leave you to die”. “But yes, you are right, we needed that sub species out of the way, he was

fucking everything up for both of us”. “So, this is how we’re going to do things…”

“Do not meet with G.T. again, he’ll know then, that he’s going to war”. “Do you

have anymore zip guns?, it’s only fair that if we’re to back you up, that we have

the same weapons as you”. 390) (Bonano) “Yeah, I’ll send over two (2) zippers with 5 bullets for each gun,

that should suffice”. “But let me tell you this and I’ll only say it once…Don’t you

double cross me, I will hang you by your Nazi balls from the forth

tier…Remember, I got the warden and the guards too, so don’t you try to fuck

me!”. 35. 391) (Ralph) “I wouldn’t worry about that, I need my share of the bounty as

much as you do, we have a deal…We strike at dawn during count down…Make

sure that your soldiers are ready to attack and that your guards disable the

gates and are left unlocked…We’ll show those parasites who are the ones that

run this prison”. 392) (Bonano) “That’s what I wanted to hear my boy!” “So, do we have a deal?”. 393) (Ralph) “We have a deal!”. N*394) The two gang leaders went back to their cells and informed their men

about what was to happen. War was in the air so thick, that it could be cut with

a knife. For the next fourteen (14) hours, the prison endured an eerie

silence…There were no television sets turned on…The radios were shut

down…The prisoners were able to hear a mouse squeal, if they focused on it…

THIS SECTION IS INTENTIONALLY BLANK

36. ACT VIII: PRISON MASSACRE

N*395) 6:00 a.m…Sunrise…The time had come…There was no further

parlaying between Bonano and G.T.. War has been declared…The Neo Nazi

group had received the two zip guns with 10 bullets promised by Don

Bonano…The Black Gorillas and the Hispanics were ready to put their lives

down in order to eliminate the Italian mob once and for all. The Warden already

knowing about what was about to happen, had an emergency staff meeting at

5:30 a.m. with all of the Guards and the Administrative employees…

396) (Warden Phillips) “Good Morning to Y’all”. “It has come to my attention

that due to the death of inmate Khalid Brown, a prison riot is about to break

out…”Furthermore, I understand that there’s going to be a war between the five

(5) major gangs in this prison”. “All of the Administrative staff is to go home and

await for instructions, the rest of the Security Personnel is active and in full riot

gear”. “This is not a joke people!”. “We need to watch each others back

because these savages will try to kill us if they get a chance”. 397) (Warden Phillips) “The Massachusetts State Police has been advised of

the situation and will deploy their men to offer us support”. “But remember one

thing: Our main objective is to keep the prison under control and not to allow

these bastards to take over!”. “Lethal Force is Authorized if needed so…”. “This is our house people and we must defend it to the last consecuences”. “Keep your radios with fresh batteries and await further instructions”. “Captain

Larkin will be positioning strategically each and everyone of you”. “May God be

with Us…Godspeed and Good Luck!”. N*398) The prison gates crack open and all of the prisoners step out of their

cells…The designated Corrections Officer called out the names of the inmates

for count keeping purposes. It was time for breakfast…The general custom is

that each group ate together separate from the other factions, but this time, all

of the Hispanic population ate together in a section of the mess hall, the Aryan

camp along with the Lucciano Family did the same thing. Since the dining area

was set at a bottom, the prison SWAT team observed them from the tier above

as the inmates had their morning meal…

N*399) All of a sudden, while standing in line, Paulie, a member of the Italian

set, stepped on the brand new sneakers of a member of the Black Gorillas…

37. 400) (BG Soldier #1) “Yo Motherfucker, you stepped on my sneakers

fool!!!…”You owe me a new pair, you fucking Dago-Wop Motherfucker!”. 401) (Paulie) “Succa La Minga! You Fuckin' Moolie!!! I don’t owe you shit, you

should’ve watched where you were stepping, you piece of shit nigger!”. N*402) The Ice was broken, the B.G. soldier cracked Paulie’s skull with the

edge of his steel food tray, splitting his head in two pieces…Paulie fell to the

ground in convulsions and bleeding profusely from his injury…Once the entire

prison population saw what happened…War Broke Out!!!. N*403) The three major Hispanic gang members leaped from their sitting areas

with shanks, metal picks (similar to ice picks), sharpened tooth brushes and

make shift knives made from plastic razor blades. Some of them had

tapped-up pieces of glass or mirrors without counting the blunt objects that they

already had stashed under the tables. N*404) The B.G members didn’t hesitate either, all of them were armed with the

same kind of weaponry that the Hispanics had and joined them to attack the

Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family and the Aryan Nation Brotherhood. 405) (Control Base) “All units we have a code red in the Mess Hall !!! I repeat, we have a Code Red in the Mess Hall !!!”. “Warden Phillips Come in Please!!!

Warden Phillips Come in Please !!!”. 406) (Warden Phillips) “This Phillips!!! Go Ahead !!!”. 407) (Control Base) “Sir…I’m trying to shut down the Mess Hall gates and they

are not responding !! We have inmates running through the hallways armed

with knives and other objects, our men have been attacked already Sir…Come

Back!!!”. 408) (Warden Phillips) “Copy That Control!!!”. “Call in the State Police and

request back up immediately!!!”. 409) (Warden Phillips) “Captain Larkin, Captain Larkin Respond!!!”. 410) (Captain Larkin) “This is Larkin Over!!!”. 411) (Warden Phillips) “What’s your 20? Over!!!”. 412) (Captain Larkin) “I’m inside the mess hall Warden, this is a Bloodbath

Over !!!”. 38. 413) (Warden Phillips) “Hit ‘em with tear gas and pepper spray!!! We need to

take control of this shit-storm!!!”. 414) (Captain Larkin) “We already did that Sir and it’s not working!!! Over !!!”. 415) ( Warden Phillips) “What do you mean it’s not working?”…”They should’ve

been contained with that shit!!!”. 416) (Captain Larkin) “It’s not working, like if they were immune to it!!! Come

Back!!!” 417) (Warden Phillips) “Understood!!! Lethal Force is Authorized…Shoot those

Sons of Bitches!!!”. 418) (Captain Larkin) “Roger that !!!”…”Lethal Force in Motion”…Over and

out!!!”. N*419) Captain Larkin gave the order to the Prison SWAT Team to use their

State Issued AR-15’s in a deadly fashion…”Lock and Load”. N*420) Meanwhile, inside the “hole”…

421) (Robert) “Hey fellas…Do you hear that?” “The Guards ran out of the

hallway and the alarm is sounding off…I think that the War broke out…”. 422) (Peter) “It sure sounds like it…”. 423) (Dominic) “Yeah, listen to all of the screaming going on…Fucking

Shit!!!…We should be out there…What about the Boss???”. 424) (Robert) “Don’t worry about the Boss, he’s safe and sound and it’s a good

thing that we are in here…Nobody can get to us…Remember, these are

magnetic doors and when there’s a code red, we get sealed off”..”This was a

great plan fellas!!!”. 425) (Robert) “Listen guys, we were put in here because we’re suspected

killers. There’s a War going on out there which is much bigger than our case, we’re gonna end up being released back into general population and more than

half of all leadership will either be dead, transferred to another prison or in

permanent lock down…”. 39. 426) (Robert) “Once you’re in permanent lock down, you become powerless

and in due time, end up being a foot soldier, so right now we’re protected from

all of that..That’s Number #1”. “Number #2, is that they have no proof that we

whacked Khalid Brown, so at the end of the day, they have no other option but

to drop all charges and leave us with our original sentences.”. 427) (Dominic) “Okay, so what’s Number #3?”. 428) (Robert) “Number #3 is that when we out of this hole we can gain control of

the Prison just like Don Bonano has it”. 429) (Peter) “You sound like if the Boss was dead…”. 430) (Robert) “The Boss ain’t dead and he won’t die at all…What I mean is that

we can take control of other areas, but we’ll still be with the Boss…We all got

families and need to take care of them…There’s nothing wrong with making

something on the side to help our families….That’s what it’s all

about…Family…”. 431) (Dominic) “Shit Rob…You’re right…It’s all about family, right now I got a

14 year old son that I have never met, even though I send him money when I

can, he won’t come to see me because he’s embarrassed of me being his

Father…”. “If I could pay for his education from in here, I think that he will learn

to accept me”. 432) (Peter) “Yeah…I guess there’s nothing wrong with that…Okay, I’m in”. N*433) During that conversation, the State Police SWAT Team arrived to

Concord State Prison. They were received by the Corrections SWAT Team

and immediately began to discuss tactics…

434) (LT. Kowalski MA SWAT) “Who’s in Charge?”. 435) (Captain Larkin) “I’m in charge, Captain James Larkin”. 436) (LT Kowalski MA SWAT) “The pleasure is all mine”…”What do we have so

far…?”.

40. 437) (Captain Larkin) “We have a full scale prison riot going on…The prisoners

Do Not Have Control of the Facilities as of yet…There are five (5) rival gangs at

War, but the Asians left the riot areas and went to their cells, they are not to be

messed with”. “There’s a Bloodbath inside the mess hall and it’s gonna get

worse”. “They are concentrated between the mess hall and the gymnasium on

the left wing of the facility, on the right wing, you’ll find the yard or recreational

area…They are there too. We tried to Pepper spray them and hit ‘em with tear

gas and it had no effect, therefore, Warden Phillips, authorized the use of lethal

force, but we’re not trying to do that…We need to contain this shit with low

casualties!!!”. 438) (LT Kowalski MA SWAT) “You mean, we need to contain this shit with NO

CASUALTIES?”. 439) (Captain Larkin) “I stand corrected…NO CASUALTIES!!!”. N*440) The two men devised a plan to control the prison riot…Meanwhile, around the mess hall area, dead and mutilated bodies were everywhere. The

human loss was inexplicable. The Hispanic and Black inmate population took a

heavy hit. The Aryans’ took heavy losses as well. Don Carmine Bonano was

hiding in a secluded area behind the laundry room. 441) (Bonano thinking to himself) “Everything is going according to plan”. “When this is over, we’ll make more money than before, I gotta make sure of

that ‘cause I’m outta here in a few months and I’ll need money on the outside”. N*442) Base Command was flooded with water everywhere, the prisoners had

broken the emergency fire hose valve right next to Base Command and all of

the surveillance equipment short circuited leaving the officers “blind’ from the

sectors that the cameras covered”. 443) (Warden Phillips) “Shit we lost the cameras!!!”. “Sergeant are all the

radios working?”. 444) (Base Command Sergeant) “Yes Sir, so far so good our communications

are still up”. 445) (Warden Phillips) “Captain Larkin, come in, over!”. 446) (Captain Larkin) “Go ahead Warden!”. 447) (Warden Phillips) “I need you to send some men to the communications

tower and protect it, the inmates are going to want to take down the antenna, we can’t have that!, over”. 41. 448) (Captain Larkin) “Roger that Sir, I’ll send Marsden and Lopez down

there!”. 449) (Warden Phillips) “Copy that Captain!”. N*450) The both SWAT Teams are ready for incursion, when LT Kowalski tells

Captain Larkin…

451) (LT Kowalski MA SWAT) “Captain, I’ve instructed my team NOT TO USE

LETHAL FORCE, we don’t want blood on our hands, instead, we’re gonna hit

them with tazers, rubber bullets and sand bullets, that will control them”. 452) (Captain Larkin) “That’s fine with me as long as we can control the

situation”. N*453) The order was given and both SWAT Teams entered the prison facility

by force and started firing their weapons with rubber and sand bullets putting

the inmates down instantly. They were able to gain control of the entrance

hallway, the front lobby and a few minutes later, they reached the outer gate

adjacent to Control Base where the Warden and other personnel were locked

inside. 454) (LT Kowalski MA SWAT) “Warden Phillips, come in please, this is LT

Kowalski of the Massachusetts State Police SWAT Unit!”. 455) (Warden Phillips) “Go ahead Lieutenant!”. 456) (LT Kowalski MA SWAT) “I need you to unlocked gate #7 next to Base

Command, we already took over the main entrance and the front lobby, but, we

need to reach you to get you out of there!”. 457) (Warden Phillips) “Copy that!!! Unlocking Now!!!”. N*458) The gate was unlocked and as the SWAT Teams entered the next

hallway, there were prisoners setting garbage cans on fire and destroying the

facilities with broken pipes and other instruments that they found or obtained;

upon being encountered by the police, the inmates charged them only to be

met with rubber bullets, knocking them down to the floor and surrendering to

the authorities. LT Kowalski and his team were able to reach Base Command

and extracted the personnel inside to safety outside to the prison’s main

entrance. 42. 459) (Warden Phillips) “Thank you Lieutenant for your help, tell me what is the

current status of this shit-storm…”. 460) (LT Kowalski MA SWAT) “Well Sir, so far we got the main entrance

corridors under control up to Base Command. Captain Larkin sent half of his

SWAT unit to the recreation yard and the prisoners there, gave up and are now

under lock down.” “We are now going into the mess hall area and the

gymnasium to control the inmates there”. “We should regain control pretty

soon”. 461) (Captain Larkin) “That’s affirmative Sir, the tear gas has started to take

effect and the prisoners are giving up, they are already tired and scared to what

coming to them”. 462) (Warden Phillips) “Those are excellent news!!!, but we can’t let them rest,

let’s give ‘em hell!”. “I’m going in with y’all!”. 463) (Captain Larkin) “Yes Sir!…Let’s get you set up!”. 464) (Captain Larkin) “Hey Morales !!!”. 465) (Corrections Officer) “Yes Sir?”. 466) (Captain Larkin) “Set up the Warden with Full Riot Gear, he’s going in with

us!”. 467) (Corrections Officer) “Yes Sir, right away, Warden please come with me!”. N*468) The Warden dressed up in his protective gear, meanwhile Ralph of the

Aryan group had made his way to the secluded hideout where Bonano was

waiting until the riot was over…

469) (Ralph) “Bonano, I know you’re in here, speak up!”. 470) (Bonano) “I’m over here!”. 471) (Ralph) “There you are…You had to hide like school girl, while we’re up

there fighting?” 472) (Bonano) “I’m too old for that shit, plus the leadership has to be kept safe”. 473) (Ralph) “You are seriously a genuine piece of shit!!! Half of your boys are

dead and we took heavy losses as well, and your coward ass is safe down

here”. 43. 474) (Bonano) “What can I say?, we all have to make sacrifices!”. 475) (Ralph) “Sacrifices? This is all your fault !!! We had a good thing going on

and I went along with your plans!!!”. The deal if off and I’m talking to a dead

man!!!”. 476) (Bonano) “Now wait a minute…”. N*477) Bonano didn’t get to finish the sentence, when Ralph pointed one of the

zip guns to Bonano’s head and fired the single shot…The .40 caliber slug

penetrated Bonano’s skull and brain fragments flew across the room splattering

the boilers behind him…Carmine Bonano Boss of the Lucciano Crime

Syndicate Family was no more…

N*478) Ralph stood in front of the body of Carmine Bonano and urinated on him

as a sign of disrespect due to the losses that his organization had suffered. At

that point, Ralph thought that he now had control of the organized crime inside

Concord and laughed as he walked away…

N*479) Four (4) hours later, Captain Larkin along with LT Kowalski and the

Warden had regained control of the prison. The death toll was high, in the

history of the Massachusetts Prison System, there has never been so many

casualties due to a prison riot. With Carmine Bonano dead, the Lucciano Crime

Syndicate Family inside Concord and in the free community, replaced Bonano

with their Under boss Frank Pennetti. N*480) Ninety days later, Robert, Peter and Dominic were taken out of the

“hole” and sent back to general population. After the investigation and with no

evidence against the three, they were to continue to serve their original

sentences, without any involvement with the murder or the riot that took place. Although they were implicated, they couldn’t be charged…

N*481) Warden Phillips underwent an investigation himself. More than two

dozen inmates testified against the Warden for his acts of corruption and was

arrested pending judgment and sentencing. Captain Larkin, after being

investigated was convicted on a series of charges that resulted on a 36 year

sentence to be served in the same prison where he had murdered 6 prisoners

in a 22 year stretch of employment. N*482) Meanwhile in the Lucciano Family camp…

483) (Frank Pennetti) “Welcome back boys!”. “You should know by now that

I’m the new boss of this family”. 44. 484) (Frank Pennetti) “We decided to keep it that way, because the boss is

safer in here”. “Carmine fucked up and ended up dead with the zip gun he gave

to Ralph from the Aryans”. 485) (Robert) “Yeah we heard about that, congratulations to you Boss!”. 486) (Peter) “So what’s gonna happen with Ralph?”. 487) (Frank Pennetti) “We cut a deal with them and for the moment we share

50/50 percent of power and money, they are to be left alone”. 488) (Dominic) “What about the Niggers and Spics?”. 489) (Frank Pennetti) “Since they lost a lot of men, they want to keep the peace, we’ll see what happens with them soon, but for now, they’re under control”. 490) (Robert) “So am I going back to the shop or not?”. 491) (Frank Pennetti) “Fuck No!”. “This new Warden is an asshole and won’t

budge. You served your purpose Robert, but remember, this is for life and once

you get out, you will continue to be our “Weapon’s Man”. “Just so you know, I

pulled some strings and you’ll be able to get your parole hearing sooner than

you think”. “I did that because I need you in the North End, these Irish fucks are

gaining on us and invading our turf and we’re having trouble with a shipment of

guns that we received and I need you out there to take care of the problem”. 492) (Robert) “A close by parole hearing?”. 493) (Frank Pennetti) “That’s right!”, “You need to check your mail, you got a

letter in there from the Board of Parole”. 494) (Robert) “Are you serious?”. “Thank you Boss!!! You can count on me!!!”. 495) (Frank Pennetti) “Just don’t fuck up your hearing and lay low, don’t get into

trouble, your family is backing you up!”. N*496) Robert was rejoiced with the news, he quickly returned to his cell and

found the letter of the Massachusetts State Parole Board, citing him to a

hearing in the next three (3) weeks. Robert had instructed his wife not to visit

him during his time in prison and although Karen made many attempts to visit

Robert, he wouldn’t see her out of embarrassment. But now was the time to

contact her with the “good news”. 45. 497) (Robert) “Hello operator, I would like to make a collect call to (617)

555-1269, my name is Robert Jensen”. 498) (Operator) “Please hold while I gain acceptance of this call”. 499) (Operator) “Good Morning Ma’am, I have a collect call from Mr. Robert

Jensen, do you accept the charges?”. 500) (Karen) “Yes operator, I accept the charges”. 501) (Karen) “Hello? Robby?”, Baby is that really you?”. 502) (Robert) “Yes Sweetie, it’s me”. 503) (Karen) “Are you alright, when can I come to see you?”. 504) (Robert) “I’m fine Baby, missing you and the Kids, it’s been really hard for

me in here”. 505) (Karen) “I know, I imagine…I was so worried about you, especially after

that prison riot, you never call and I though something bad happened to you”. 506) (Robert) “No sweetie I was fine, they had me in the hole under suspicion of

something, but I was safely locked away”. 507) (Karen) “Thank God you’re Okay!”. “The Kids miss you a lot and they

keep asking me when you’re coming home”. “I keep telling then that you won’t

be back for at least 7 years and that has their poor little hearts broken”. 508) (Robert) “Baby, that’s why I’m calling you about…”. 509) (Karen) “Don’t tell me that you have to do more time?”. 510) (Robert) “No sweetie, on the contrary, I have a parole hearing in three (3)

weeks and I’ll be sent home”. 511) (Karen) “Oh My God!!! Are you sure??? That’s Great Baby, I’m so happy

and the kids will be extatic too”. “I can’t wait!!! My Bed is empty and waiting for

you to make love to me for days!!!”. 512) (Robert) “Me too Baby, I’m craving you desperately!!!”. 513) (Karen) “Don’t worry Baby, I’m tight and hungry for you!!!”. 46. ACT IX: The Weapons Man

N*514) The conversation went on and finished on a good note. Robert had

thought that Karen sought another man, but she remained faithful to Robert and

took a personal oath to wait for the father of her children. N*515) The day for the Parole hearing came and Robert, as instructed by Frank

Pennetti; layed low. It was a five (5) Parole members panel…

516) (Parole Board Director) “Good Morning Mr. Jensen, please have a seat”. 517) (Robert) “Good Morning”. 518) (Parole Board Director) “Mr. Jensen, you were convicted by the State of

Massachusetts for Manslaughter 1”. “You’re original sentence was of 10 years, 5 years per count, with the possibility of parole after 7 years”.. “And here we are

18 months later after your conviction, granting you a hearing”. “We want to hear

your thoughts about that”. 519) (Robert) “Well. Distinguished Parole Board Panel, I am aware of the time

that has passed and I am truly surprised to find myself here as well. I truly

believe in the Justice System, although I am a convict, I decidedly know that I’m

innocent of my accusation and maybe, under divine justice this hearing was

granted to me”. “I am and always will be a family man”..”The events that took

place which lead to my incarceration, were not of my fault”. “I was defending

my life and place of business against two criminals that intended to take by

force a certain amount of weapons, and I followed what the second amendment

of our Constitution states, the right to bear arms and to defend myself”. “It is

apparent that the facts got mixed up and I ended up being incarcerated”. “But

the Justice System of the State of Massachusetts is infallible, and was able to

seek the truth of the events that took place on that confusing day”. 520) (Parole Board Director) “There are rumors that while you were imprisoned, you fabricated what is commonly known as “zip guns” inside the prison

machine shop; these are serious allegations and before we make a decision on

granting you your parole or not, we need clarification on these rumors”. 521) (Robert) “I will not lie…I was approached by certain people that wanted

information on how to fabricate those type of homemade weapons, but, I’m just

a licensed salesman and was not able to instruct them hot to make them. It’s

like a computer salesman, he knows how computers work, but doesn’t know

how to make them”. 47. 522) (Robert) “I have nothing to do with what those individuals did or made, I

always kept separate from the rest of the prison inmate population, because I

did not want to partake of any of their schemes or activities, I just wanted to go

home as soon as possible and my prayers were heard, I’m before your

Honorable Panel now”. 523) (Parole Board Director) “Mr. Jensen, if we are to release you, what are

your plans and how will you contribute to the betterment of society?”. 524) (Robert) “Gentlemen and Lady, I have my place of business that currently

is being managed by my wife. I want to continue with my life as if nothing had

happened”. “You can see my record, this is my first accusation and conviction, and after nine (9) years of operating my shop, there is no negative incident

registered”. “Now that I have this experience, It will serve as a guide on how to

be more careful and to actively involve the law enforcement agencies for the

protection not only of myself or family, but to the community in general”. “I

would request to be supervised by the authorities and will offer my immediate

community gun safety courses free of charge, within the guidelines that the law

requires of me”. 525) (Parole Board Director) “Mr. Jenkins, please step outside, while the Parole

Board Panel deliberates for a decision”. N*526) Robert stood up and exited the room, while the panel made its’ decision

on freeing him or keeping him imprisoned…10 minutes later, Robert was called

back inside the room…

527) (Parole Board Director) “Mr. Jensen, please have a seat”. N*528) Robert sat down nervously, not being sure on what to expect. 529) (Parole Board Director) “Mr. Jensen, the State of Massachusetts believes

in second chances…”. “Although you spent 90 days in lock down, we believe

that you are innocent of the death of Khalid Brown, given that there was no kind

of evidence to increment your prison term”. “Another thing, is that we have no

idea why your hearing was held at an earlier date, but we are not here to

question that, we are here to do our job and what it is required of it”. Therefore,

this panel and the Massachusetts State Department of Corrections and the

State Parole Board grants you, your parole and are to be released within the

next 48 hours”. “Congratulations Mr. Jensen!”. 48. 530) (Robert) “I thank this Honorable Board for giving me a second chance, I

will not let you down”. “I have children to raise and a community to

serve…Thank you Very Much!”. 531) (Parole Board Director) “Mr. Jensen, I must advise you that once released

from the State facility, you must not leave the State and must report to your

Parole Officer in charge within 24 hours, failure to do so, will result in your

immediate incarceration and you will have to serve your full sentence”. 532) (Robert) “Understood Sir”. 533) (Parole Board Officer) “Please wait outside for your paperwork”. 534) (Robert) “Thank you once again for this second chance”. N*535) Robert waited outside for his paperwork and release order, he barely

could contain his happiness. Once he obtained his paperwork, he returned to

his cell and started picking up and packing his possessions. Frank Pennetti

walked over to Robert’s cell to congratulate him on his early release…

536) (Frank Pennetti) “I heard that you were granted parole, good for you!”. “But remember, you’re in this for life and you’ll have a job to do on the outside”. 537) (Robert) “Of course Boss, I know, I won’t let you down”. 538) (Frank Pennetti) “I trust you to do so, we need you now more than ever,

there’s a lot of hits to take place and we need those silencers on our guns”. “You’ll get your pay as we agreed, but don’t try to disappear on us…”. “We will

hunt you down because you know too much”. 539) (Robert) “No need to worry about that Mr. Pennetti”. “I’m not going

nowhere, I still have a business to run”. 540) (Frank Pennetti) “You mean WE have a business to run”. 541) (Robert) “I don’t understand”. 542) (Frank Pennetti) “You see Robert, once you’re a part of this family your

place of business, becomes our place of business”. “Plain and simple”. “And

naturally, you’re gonna have to pay your weekly vig if you don’t want any

trouble”. 49. 543) (Robert) “Mr. Pennetti, with all due respect, but, I had my place of

business before I came to prison and before I became a member of this family,

I don’t think that’s fair at all”. “I have a mortgage to pay, employees, insurance

and other expenses, I don’t think that I can pay that vig at all”. “I can pay the vig

with the work I put in for the family, making the silencers between other things”. 544) (Frank Pennetti) “I don’t think so Robert, life isn’t fair and you enjoyed our

protection in here, nobody ever touched you and that comes with a price”. 545) (Robert) “Mr. Pennetti, I payed the price for my protection, I built six (6) zip

guns with silencers and got rid of Khalid Brown…I think that this would be

enough”. 546) (Frank Pennetti) “I don’t give a fuck what you think what’s fair and what’s

not, you will pay your vig and you will shut the fuck up or we’re gonna have to

pay your family a visit!”. 547) (Robert) “After what I did for this family, now you’re threatening mine?”. “Why?”. “I’ve proven to be a loyal man…And now this?”. 548) (Frank Pennetti) “Well Robert…Like the French say: ‘C’est la Vie”. “I’ll see

you later ‘Rob’…”. N*549) Frank Pennetti left Robert’s cell with a smile on his face. On the other

hand, Robert was not happy with that conversation. Now he had to keep

working for the Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family, if not, his own family would

suffer the consecuences. Robert had hoped that with his release from prison, his ties to the Mob were over, especially after the hit that he had done for the

Lucciano Family. Obviously, he was wrong. N*550) That meant, that if Robert wanted to keep his family safe from the Mob, he would have to devise a plan that could not backfire. The Lucciano

Syndicate had their influence everywhere. If Robert “snitched”, he would end

up in prison again, because the Khalid Brown hit would come to surface, and

once back inside the prison walls, he would be a dead man. N*551) Two days later, Robert was released from the Concord State

Corrections Facility and Karen faithfully was waiting for him as he walked

outside the gates as a “free man”. For three months, Robert and his family lived

a normal life as if nothing ever happened. But, one Thursday morning he

received a telephone call…

50. ACT X: Family vs. Family

552) (Gun Shop Employee) “Thank you for calling ‘Jensen Guns and Ammo’ how may I direct your call?”. 553) (Frank Pennetti) “Hi I would like to speak to Robert Jensen please”. 554) (Gun Shop Employee) “Please hold while I direct your call”. 555) (Frank Pennetti) “Thank you”. 556) (Robert) “Thank you for holding, this is Robert, how can I help you?”. 557) (Frank Pennetti) “Rob…Can I call you ‘Rob’?”. 558) (Robert) “Of course. Who is this?”. 559) (Frank Pennetti) “This is your old pal Frank Pennetti, we miss you!”. “No

phone calls, no visit, no nothing…Looks like you forgot about us and of our little

agreement…”. N*560) When Robert heard that voice from a not too distant past, his blood

boiled, because he thought that he had put that life behind him…

561) (Robert) “Hello Frank, how are things with you and the boys?”. 562) (Frank Pennetti) “Not as good as you’re doing!”. “We’re hungry in here

while you’re outside making tons of money…You still owe us for the weekly

vig…or did you forget about that too?”. “It’s been three (3) months and not a

single dime or at least a visit to inform us when you’ll start making your

payments…As I see it, you already owe us $18,000.00 with interest”. “When

are you going to pay up?”. 563) (Robert) “Okay Frank, this is the deal…When I got out, everything, all of

the finances of my business were screwed up. I had to pay my excise tax, the

rent of the shop and other expenses, plus you know that as a convicted felon, I

can’t visit you…I’m coming afloat now, but let me tell you, I’ll pay you your

$18,000.00 and that’s it”. “I’ve done enough for the Lucciano Family and I want

to be left alone”. 51. 564) (Frank Pennetti) “Frank, it looks like that you forgot what I told you before

you got outta here”. “I told you, that this is for life and there ain’t no quitting us”. 565) (Robert) “I know what you said and I remember it clearly, but I’m afraid that

it’s no possible”. “What I did for the Lucciano Syndicate, the zippers, the

silencers and the hit was good enough…Like I said, I’ll pay you, your $18K and

that’s it…Not a single dollar more!”. 566) (Frank Pennetti) “Rob, lower your tone, you’re treading in deep waters

here”. “We can still be friends, just pay up and keep the payments going”. 567) (Robert) “Okay Frank, give me two days and I’ll take the money to Sal in

the North End”. I need an excuse to take that money outta the bank, but you

can count on that”. 568) (Frank Pennetti) “Good choice ‘Rob’, and after that, you give Salvatore

Ventinni the weekly vig, or we’ll send a “tax collector” to you and you don’t want

that!”. 569) (Robert) “Sure Frank, whatever you say”. 570) (Frank Pennetti) “See, that’s the spirit!”.. “We can always be friends!”. 571) (Robert) “Sure thing Frank, I gotta go, I got work to do”. 572) (Frank Pennetti) “Remember ‘Rob’, two (2) days, Sal will be waiting for

you…And please don’t you try to fuck me…I will send a hit squad, and they’ll

start with your wife and kids!”. 573) (Robert) “Let me tell you something Frank, Do Not Threaten My Family

Again…They have nothing to do with this, you’ll get your money, but you need

to cut that shit out now!”. 574) (Frank Pennetti) “You better watch who you’re talking to that way…”. N*575) Robert didn’t wait for Frank to finish his sentence and hung up the

phone. Robert was truly worried about the safety of his family. He had the $18K, but, that would leave him back where he was when released from

prison…Penniless…

N*576) As soon as Robert hung up the phone, Karen walked into the office…

52. 577) (Karen) “Hey Babe, is everything alright?” 578) (Robert) “Sweetie we need to talk, this is important…”. 579) (Karen) “I’m here Babe, what is it?”. “You seem stressed or worried”…

580) (Robert) “Okay…Karen, when I was in Concord, I lived comfortably, I

didn’t lack of anything, I had all that I needed…”. 581) (Karen) “Well Yeah!, I made sure that you had funds in your account every

week, you know, for your expenses like soap, canteen and so on…”. 582) (Robert) “Yeah, but It was way beyond that…”. 583) (Karen) “Okay, tell me…whatever it is you can tell me…”. N*584) Robert told his story in prison to his wife, which had no idea of what

went on inside of Concord. Robert told Karen about the deal with Bonano and

the agreement they entered in exchange for protection…Robert told Karen

about the Zippers and Silencers along with the Khalid Brown hit and how he

was able to get parole at an earlier date. Karen was intrigued and at the same

time fearful of what could happen, to her Children and Her…

585) (Karen) “Robert…I hope that what you’re telling me is some kind of a joke, because what you’re saying is very disturbing and I don’t think that the Kids or

Me deserve this!”. 586) (Robert) “Karen, this is No Joke…But don’t worry, I’ll take care of this”. 587) (Karen) “No, Robert…I waited for you, the Kids waited for you and now

after three months, you come and tell me this?”. “What the Fuck is wrong with

you???”. “You put the Kids and my Life in danger and now is when you say

this???”. 588) (Robert) “But Karen please try to understand…Life in prison is not a walk

in the park!”. “Please hear me out!”. 589) (Karen) “No ‘Rob’, I’ve had enough, I’m going to my Sister’s place in

Florida…Once you’re done with your shady business deals. I’ll think about

coming back”. N*590) Robert didn’t know what to say and sat in his chair to watch while his

wife walked away in tears…

53. N*591) That was it, Robert couldn’t stand the idea of losing his wife and

children, he knew that something must be done in order to save his marriage, but Karen was right in a sense, she needed to disappear in order to keep her

Kids safe and away from the Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family. N*592) The following day,Karen left Robert and headed to Florida to her sister’s

house. It wasn’t easy for Robert at all, to see his wife and kids leave without

knowing if he would see them again, but it needed to be done. Everybody at

the shop were surprised to see Karen go, but none of the employees dared to

ask Robert what had happened between them. N*593) The day came that Robert had to deliver the first 18K. He drove from

Marlborough to the North End in Boston. He parked in front of Salvatore’s Deli

and asked for Sal. 594) (Robert) “Good Morning, I’m looking for Salvatore”. 595) (Clerk) “He’s in the back, I’ll go get him for you”. N*596) A few minutes later, Sal steps inside the deli shop”. 597) (Salvatore) “Robert!…How are you buddy?”. “We’ve been waiting for

you!”. 598) (Robert) “What’s up Sal?”. “Is there somewhere private we could talk?”. 599) (Salvatore) “Sure thing ‘Rob’, follow me”. 600) (Salvatore) “Sorry ‘Rob’, but I gotta frisk you, you know how it is”. N*601) Robert was clean, he didn’t have anything on him except the envelope

with the money…

602) (Robert) “Sal, here’s the money that I’m supposed to deliver to you, eighteen thousand dollars, you can count it”. 603) (Salvatore) “No need, I trust it’s all there”. “Now the orders are that you

have to produce you vig of $1,500.00, every Friday. If you don’t, I’m gonna

have to send somebody to collect and you know how ugly that could get”. “So

my advise to you is that you pay along and we’ll get along”. 604) (Robert) “No problem Sal, I don’t want any trouble”. “I’ll see you Friday or

Saturday morning”. 54. 605) (Salvatore) “No ‘Rob’…You’ll see me on Friday, if not, Saturday morning

you’ll get your visit”. 606) (Robert) “Okay Sal, I’ll see you on Friday afternoon around 6:00 p.m.”. 607) (Salvatore) “At-ta boy”. “That’s what I wanted to hear”. 608) (Salvatore) “By the way, hows’ the family doing?”. 609) (Robert) “Let’s get one thing straight…Like I told Frank, you’ll get your vig, but you leave my family alone!”. 610) (Salvatore) “Ho Ho Ho!!!”. “Hold your horses there, you don’t threaten

us!!!”. “We threaten you, so if you don’t want anything to happen to them, you’ll

shut the fuck up and pay the fuck up”. “Ma Fangul!!!”. 611) (Robert) “Okay Sal…No Problem”. N*612) Robert left the shop irate and he knew that he had to put a stop to this. He drove back to his house in Marlborough. His home was empty and he broke

down in tears. He couldn’t go to Sheriff Guerrero because the trust was gone, Guerrero came up with the theory that Robert was in cahoots with Tommy and

Joey. His Lawyer sold him out and the District Attorney had sent him to prison. Robert couldn’t trust anybody…The only solution he had was to go to war

against the Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family by himself. Robert fell asleep in

tears and didn’t know what to do. N*613) The next morning, Robert drove to his gun shop and Albert (which

everybody called him ‘Al’) his first employee, was already waiting for him. For

nine (9) years ‘Al’ worked side by side with Robert and always showed respect

and loyalty, ‘Al’ was considered to be like a family member…

614) (Robert) “Al, what are you doing here so early?”. 615) (Al) “I came to talk to you”. 616) (Robert) “Okay, let’s here it…”. “If it’s about your raise, I understand and

you’ll get it next month buddy, I haven’t forgotten about that”. 617) (Al) “No ‘Rob’ it has nothing to do with that”. “We’ve been friends for may

years and you were the only one that would hire me, in a gun shop knowing that

I had a criminal record”. “When you went to prison, I stuck around because I

knew that you needed me, and now I see that you got separated from Karen

and I’m here to support you”. 55. 618) (Robert) “Al I truly appreciate your gesture, but it runs deeper than a

simple separation”. 619) (Al) “Robert, whatever it is, you can tell me, you know that I’m a tomb and

I’m here to help, you’re more than my boss, you’re my friend”. 620) (Al) “Did you cheat on Karen?”. 621) (Robert) “No Al, it’s nothing like that, I would never cheat on Karen, I lover

her too much”. 622) (Al) “Then what is it ‘Rob?”. “What did you do?”. 623) (Robert) “Alright Al, what I’m about to tell you cannot leave this room, under any circumstance”. N*624) Robert told his story to Al since the moment he stepped in prison. The

fabrication of the zip guns, the silencers and the Khalid Brown hit. How he was

being extorted by the Italian Mob and the 18K he paid the day before to

Salvatore in the North End of Boston. Finally he told Al that Karen left him

because of all of those things that had occurred and that were currently

happening. He told Al every single detail…

625) (Al) “None of this surprises me ‘Rob’…I know how those bastards operate

very well, and they leach on people, the sons of bitches!”. “So what are you

gonna do?”. 626) (Robert) “I don’t know Al…I really don’t know…Most likely, I’m gonna have

to go to war with these pieces of shit in order to get my family back”. 627) (Al) “You can’t do that alone ‘Rob’…Like I said, I’m here to help”. 628) (Robert) “Al, I really appreciate your loyalty, but I can’t get you involved in

this…This is my problem and mine alone, Thank you anyway old friend”. 629) (Al) “Robert, you guys are my only family, the only ones that ever worried

about me, you Kids call me uncle Al…I can’t turn my back on you, if you want to

go to war with these shit bags, then I’m with you, regardless of what may

happen”. “I’m here for you brother!”. “Let’s go to war”. 630) (Robert) “Are you sure?”, “We might end up dead or in prison”. 56. 631) (Al) “Don’t worry ‘Rob’, I’ve been to prison before, I’m not scared of that, and about ending up dead…We all gotta die sometime”. N*632) Robert gave Al a brotherly hug, thanking him for his support and help…

633) (Robert) “I’m scheduled to make the next payment on Friday afternoon at

6:00p.m. up in the North End”. 634) (Al) “Where in the North End?”. 635) (Robert) “At a Deli Shop, close to Portland St.”. 636) (Al) “Who do you got to give the money to?”. 637) (Robert) “He’s a tall, fat dago called Salvatore Ventinni”. 638) (Al) “I know that piece of shit!”. “We were locked up together, as a matter

of fact in Concord”. “That motherfucker was responsible for the deaths of three

inmates”. “We’ll deal with him for sure!”. 639) (Robert) “So how are we gonna do this?”. 640) (Al) “The best thing to do for now is to see that bastard on Friday, pay the

vig, but this time, I’ll be with you…I need to “case” the shop”. “We need to have

these fuckers to think that you’re going along and that will keep the peace for

now…This needs to be well planned, that way we’ll hit ’em without any

suspicion”. 641) (Robert) “Sounds good…What do you have in mind?”. 642) (Al) “Do you remember a few years back, when we received a shipment of

AK-47’s from China?”. 643) (Robert) “Yeah, the ones we couldn’t sell to the guys down south because

they were “knock-offs”. “I told you to send them back”. 644) (Al) “And I did send them back as you said, you even saw the shipment

order and receipts”. 645) (Robert) “Okay, so what’s the point?”. 646) (Al) “Well what I “forgot” to tell you, is that apparently by mistake, they also

shipped 16 Lbs of Composition 4 along with the detonators”. 57. 647) (Robert) “Are you serious???”. “And you didn’t tell me about that???”. “What the fuck Al???”. 648) (Al) “I know I fucked up ‘Rob’, I was gonna tell you…”. 649) (Robert) “Alright, fuck it!”. “Don’t tell me that you have them?”. 650) (Al) “Yup! I still got them and they are in perfect condition!”. “I tested it last

Winter when I went Moose Hunting in Maine…And they work just fine”. 651) (Robert) “How much of it do we have?”. 652) (Al) “More or less, 26 or 27 radio operated detonators and about 15.25

pounds of C-4”. 653) (Robert) “I don’t know if to strangle or kiss you!!!” “HAHAHA you sneaky

bastard you!”. 654) (Al) “Sorry man, but shit like that is hard to come by and I figured that

someday it would be needed”. 655) (Robert) “Smart thinking Al, I’m glad you did that!”. 656) (Robert) “After work, come to the house, not a word to anyone, let’s have a

normal day at work”. 657) (Al) “That we’ll do!”. “Lets get ready before the gang gets here”.

THIS SECTION IS INTENTIONALLY BLANK

58. ACT XI: The Lucciano Family’s Demise. N*658) The week went by as if nothing had taken place. Friday afternoon, at

6:00p.m. Robert arrived at Salvatore’s Deli Shop in the North End of Boston, off

of Portland Street. This time, he didn’t go alone. Al went with Robert as

promised and while ‘Rob’ was inside paying his vig, Al was inside the 2018

Silver Ford Super-Duty F-350 Double Axle pick-up truck, checking out the area, casing the Deli shop; looking for surveillance cameras around the shop and

those attached to the light posts by The Boston Police Department. N*659) Al decided to get out of the truck and walked into the adjacent alleyway

to “urinate”, while he scouted the side entrance of the Deli shop. He then had, a

clear picture of how to get inside the structure. He also noticed that next to the

Deli shop, there was a Members Only Social Club. He figured, that being next

to the Deli shop, that Social Club, was were the “high command” of the

Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family would operate. N*659 Cont.) He was right. Under-Boss Nicolas Gravanno had his place of

operations there. From the second floor, Gravanno took all payments, made

shady deals and occasionally would “take care” of people that owed them

money. From there, he would send laundered money to the account of Don

Frank Pennetti in Concord. The rear door was easy to break into, possibly, to

set some of the C-4 that he had stored. N*660) Meanwhile, as Robert was exiting the shop accompanied by Salvatore, Al was walking out of the alleyway and returning to the truck. Salvatore saw Al

and inquired Robert about who was Al…

661) (Salvatore) “Hey ‘Rob’, do you know that guy?”. 662) (Robert) “Yeah Sal, that’s my friend Al, he came with me for the ride”. 663) (Salvatore) “Does he know anything of what’s going on?”. 664) (Robert) “No Sal, all he knows is that I came to pick up some provolone

cheese and some Italian salami for a lasagna that I’m cooking tomorrow

morning. That’s all”. 665) (Salvatore) “Are you sure?”. 666) (Robert) “Sure, I’m sure…are you nuts? I don’t want anybody knowing my

business!”. 59. 667) (Salvatore to Al) “Hey you…What were you doing back there?”. 668) (Al) “Who me?”…”I was taking a leak, ‘Rob’ was taking too long and we

had a long drive”. “Sorry about that!”. “Won’t happen again”. 669) (Al) “Shit man, I still don’t understand why we gotta come all the way up

here just to get some salami and cheese”. 670) (Robert) “I already told you Al, it’s the true Italian flavor, you could’ve

stayed you know!”. 671) (Al) “Yeah I know”. 672) (Robert) “Well quit complaining and get in the truck, we still got to go to see

“Ron Jr.” at “Tropical Foods” down Dudley Square and get the rest of the

ingredients that I need”. 673) (Al) “Alright, alright…”. 674) (Salvatore grabbed Robert by his shirt) “ ‘Rob don’t you ever bring

anybody around here again!”. “I’ll just say it once…Now get the Fuck Outta

Here!”. N*675) Salvatore pushed Robert away in anger, Robert didn’t say a thing. He

got into his truck and headed back to Marlborough. 676) (Al) “That Salvatore is a real prick!”. 677) (Robert) “Yeah tell me about it!”. 678) (Al) “Listen, while you were inside the shop, I checked out the area…This

is doable and it’s a great location. We’re close to 93 and we could shoot south

quickly”. “I could place some C-4 by the propane gas tanks in the back of the

Deli shop”. “Oh! and next door, there’s a Members Only Social Club; you know

these mobsters, all of them operate outta those social clubs…I mean…I saw

“Donnie Brasco”. I’m pretty sure that the #2 boss…”. 679) (Robert) “You mean the Under-Boss?”. 680) (Al) “Yeah Him!”. I’m pretty sure that he spends a lot of time in there”. “If

we take him out, when he and his crew are inside; we’ll really fuck them up!”. “We can eliminate that faction at one time and your buddy Frank Pennetti in

Concord, will be fucked!”. 60. 681) (Robert) “So, how are we gonna do this?”. 682) (Al) “I know somebody that could hack into the video cameras on the

Boston Police grid. He can only see, he can’t record anything because the

signal distorts unauthorized video recordings and he’ll be traced, but we might

be able to time, when all of those fuckers are inside the social club and get ‘em

all. We’ll hit the deli at night time when there’s no one around. I don’t want to

hurt innocent people”. 683) (Robert) “Good! Let’s go see him now before I drop you off”. 684) (Al) “Okay, he lives in Braintree behind the “Motel 6”. 685) (Robert) “You think he’ll be home?”. 686) (Al) “He’s always home, he’s a couch potato”. N*687) Al and Robert detoured towards Braintree and arrived at Al’s hacker

friend’s house. Al knocked on the door and a few minutes later a 16 year old

boy opened the door…

688) (Al) “Hey buddy, how you doing?”. “Mark, this is Robert my boss from the

Gun shop”. 689) (Robert) “Good to meet you Mark”. 690) (Mark) “Good to meet you”. “Okay Al, what’s this about my parents will be

home any minute”. “By the way, you still owe me $150.00, from that Trojan I

sent to that dude that was dating your daughter”. 691) (Al) “Here you go buddy, there, that takes care of that”. 692) (Mark) “Cool it was about time”. “Alright what do you want?”. 693) (Al) “What makes you think I want something? I came to pay you”. 694) (Mark) “Bullshit Al, you could’ve done that a long time ago…Cut the shit

and tell me and make it quick, my Mom should be here any minute now”. N*695) Al and Robert explained to the teenager what they needed done and

also told him about the situation with the Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family. Mark was excited about being part of the take down of the Mob…

61. 696) (Mark) “Okay I like the plan and I’m in, I’ll get you your live feed, but I need

money, this ain’t for free”. 697) (Robert) “That’s only fair, what do you want?”. 698) (Mark) “I need at least $500.00”. 699) (Robert) “Deal, when do you want it?”. 700) (Mark) “Now would be great!”. N*701) Robert pulled his wallet out of his Levi’s back pocket and handed Mark

5 one hundred dollar bills…

702) (Robert) “There you go, when do you think that you can do this?”. “I need

this done before Friday morning”. 703) (Mark) “I need at least tree (3) days and once I’m in, I’ll email you a like

that will get you into the live feed of the BPD grid. I need the address now so I

can start working on it”. 704) (Robert) “Here’s the address, it’s in the North End of Boston off of Portland

Street, close to the Onyx Hotel”. 705) (Mark) “Bet!” “Now get outta here, I don’t want no beef with my parents”. 706) (Robert and Al) “See you later Mark, thanks a lot we appreciate this!”. 707) (Mark) “Fine!”. “Get going already!”. N*708) Just as promised, Mark sent the link to Robert and Al and they had a live

feed of the Deli shop and the Social Club. Robert decided to make the second

vig payment to Salvatore and as instructed he went alone. While Robert was in

the shop, Al was monitoring the scene and watching every single movement. He saw when the Under Boss and his crew were inside the social club and how

they spent hours in there without going anywhere. He figured that they were in

there gambling and drunk, while only one man was outside guarding the door

with a small “walkies-talkie” radio. 709) (Salvatore) “Hey ‘Rob’, no hard feelings about last week eh?”. 710) (Robert) “No Sal, I understand, I fucked up, I gotta apologize for that”.62. 711) (Salvatore) “No worries ‘Rob’, I’ll see you next Friday”. N*712) Robert got in his truck and left the area, he right away called Al to see if

he was able to learn something…

713) (Robert) “Al, talk to me”. 714) (Al) “Robert, a few minutes after you were inside the shop, I was checking

out the Social Club and Gravanno walked in with his entourage and never left

the building, its’ been two hours so far and no one entered or left the club”. “I

guess that Fridays are the days to nail these motherfuckers”. 715) (Robert) “I’m on my way to your house and we’ll watch these fuckers to

see more or less at what time they leave”. “I’m more than sure that they leave

late or better yet, early morning”. 716) (Al) “Not a problem ‘Rob’, just bring some beer with ya, it’s gonna be a

long night”. “Are we working tomorrow?”. 717) (Robert) “Fuck yeah we’re working tomorrow, so we can’t get fucked up”. “We’ll do the watch by shifts, we can raise any type of suspicion between the

gang and us”. “So, if you feel too tired tomorrow, I’ll send you home, but you

gotta tell everybody that you’re sick or something”. 718) (Al) “Sounds good, I’ll see you when you get here”. N*719) About an hour later, Robert parked in front of Al’s residence. Knocked

on the door and Donna, Al’s wife opened the door. 720) (Donna) “Hey ‘Rob’ nice to see you; Al’s is in his “Man Cave”. Go right

ahead, I think he’s about so watch the Red Sox game.”. 721) (Robert) “Thanks Donna!”. N*722) Robert came inside the house and walked down the basement stairway, Al was already waiting for him. 723) (Al) “Everything Cool?”. “I glad to see that case of Samuel Adams”. 724) (Robert) “Everything is fine…Anything new you’ve seen on the feed?”. 725) (Al) “Na, same shit, they’re in there getting fucked up, no one has left”.63. N*726) The Red Sox beat the Yankees 16-2, which made it an excellent night

for the two friends. The game finished at 1:42 a.m. Al told Robert that he would

take the first surveillance watch for 3 hours and after that Robert would take

over. At a quarter to 5:00a.m., Al woke up Robert and he kept the watch. Half

an hour later, Robert saw Nicolas Gravanno leave the Social Club with his

bodyguards and they closed the club for the “night”. 727) (Robert) “Al, wake up!”. 728) (Al) “What’d you get?”. 729) (Robert) “Gravanno just left the Social Club”. 730) (Al) “Okay, so what’s the plan?”. 731) (Robert) “Now we know more or less at what time they leave, we need to

watch these guys for a couple of days more”. “We need to see at what time

they leave during the week and once they leave, we can go inside and put the

C-4 inside the Social Club and at the Deli at the same time”. “You can place

them inside the Club and I’ll do it inside the Deli shop”. “Do you think that Mark

can make some sort of device to disable the alarms on both places?”. 732) (Al) “I don’t know, we gotta ask him, but he’s a bright kid, most likely he

could”. 733) (Robert) “Later on today, give him a call and ask him, tell him we’ll pay

extra for that”. 734) (Al) “Yup! Will do!”. “Let’s get some sleep now, we gotta work in a few

hours”. N*735) Both men crashed and woke up around 8:15 a.m. and went to the gun

shop. For the next couple of nights, both men watched the Lucciano Syndicate

Crime Family’s every move from the video feed. The result was that during the

week, Gravanno left the Social Club at the same time 1:30 a.m. Knowing that,

it would give the two enough time to set the C-4’s and the detonators in place

and once they knew for sure that the mobsters were inside the Social Club, they

would proceed to detonate the explosives and get rid of the Lucciano Syndicate

Crime Family, once and for all. N*736) Mark was able to make a gadget that would disable the alarms from

both locations via remote control. Now it was only a matter of time to neutralize

the mobsters operations. 64. N*737) The following Friday came and Robert headed to the Deli shop in order

to pat the weekly vig. He needed to make things seem as they were normal, without creating any type of commotion or suspicion. Gravanno and Salvatore

were happy with Robert. Frank Penneti even sent his regards to Robert

through Salvatore. Everything went well according to Robert’s plan. That same

night, Robert visited Al at his home…

738) (Robert) “Hey Al!”. “I hope I’m not intruding”. 739) (Al) “No, not at all”. “Mi casa es su casa”. “Robbie, I saw you pay them

bastards again…When are we gonna do this?”. 740) (Robert) “Let’s go downstairs and we’ll talk about it”. 741) (Al) “Sure thing, come in”. 742) (Robert) “I payed them again because I want things to look fine, but now

that they’re happy with me…Oh and by the way, Pennetti, sent his regards”. 743) (Al) “What an Asshole!”. “You were saying?”. 744) (Robert) “Yeah…Now that they’re happy with me, it would be a good time

to execute these leaches!”. 745) (Al) “Okay, so what’s up?”. 746) (Robert) “Wednesday, you’ll be excused from work because you have a

Doctor’s appointment”. 747) (Al) “Okay, I don’t follow…”. 748) (Robert) “That’s because Tuesday, early morning; we’re gonna set the

C-4’s and detonators in place”. 749) (Al) “Fuck!!! It’s about time!!!”. “Good Shit!”. N*750) The two men sat down and went over the planned massive hit. They

called Mark to make sure that the device worked properly, they didn’t need any

technical failures. The young man assured them, that the remote control

detonator switch would work. They trusted him because he had made the

video feed possible. 65. ACT XII: BOOM!

N*751) Tuesday morning at 1:30 a.m., Al and Robert left Marlborough and

drove to the North End in a bogus car that they acquired Monday afternoon. They didn’t need Robert’s Ford Pick-Up Truck being exposed, while they were

breaking into the Social Club and the Deli Shop. Just to make sure, Robert

called Mark and instructed him to disable the alarms himself, after all, Mark is

the Tech Wiz. N*752) Mark obliged Robert’s order and the alarms in both locations were

disabled. The men in all confidence, could get in and out, without sounding off

any type of alert. Robert drives into the side alleyway and turns the lights off, but leaves the engine running. The side alleyway was very dark, the local kids

broke the post lights, throwing rocks at them. 753) (Robert) “Al are you sure you want to do this?” “We can leave now…Once

we do this, there’s no turning back…If we have to go to war, so be it…it is what

it is…”. 754) (Al) “ Look ‘Rob’…You saved my life with the job…While you were locked

up, I was there right next to Karen to run the shop”. “You’re like a Brother to me”. “Let’s do this and get the Fuck out of here”. 755) (Al) “We have a total of twelve (12) pieces of C-4 and twelve (12)

detonators. Since you’re going into the Deli shop, remember to set two (2)

pieces of the “play dough” under and behind the steel pizza oven. The rest, in

the counter area, the front entrance, the bathrooms and his office. Set the”pins”

in and turn them on. The batteries should last 36 hours. You have six (6) of

each and so do I”. “I’ll see you in 15 minutes here”. “If in 15 minutes I’m not here, you take off and run home”. “Let’s do this ‘Rob’!!!”. N*756) The two men got out of the car and went to their respective targeted

locations. They picked the locks and entered the facilities. Robert distributed

and set the detonators behind the oven, the office, the restrooms and the

counter area. Al set his “gear” behind the propane tanks, the bar and lobby of

the Social Club, underneath Gravanno’s desk the rest rooms and in the

basement. 12 minutes later, they both met in the alleyway, got in the car and

left immediately. It was a moment of tension for both of them. They hardly

spoke during the trip back to Marlborough. 66. N*757) Once they arrived, Robert dropped off Al and headed home. Mark did

his part of the deal, given that the alarms didn’t go off. Everything worked out

as the two friends had planned. It was now a matter of when to detonate the

explosives, but they needed to act quick because the batteries only would last

36 hours. Dawn came and as usual on Saturday morning, the employees

arrived at the shop for work. Robert and Al were extremely tired, to the point

that the employees were making fun of both of them, implying that they had a

long night of drinking and playing cards. 758) (Al) “Robert, now that we got the “toys” in place, when are we gonna do

this?”. 759) (Robert) “Tonight is perfect, remember, it’s Saturday night and these

bozo’s will be inside either gambling or fucking around in someway. I’m not

gonna let the opportunity pass me by”. “Question: when you set everything, did

you leave as if nobody was ever inside?”. 760) (Al) “Don’t worry about that, they wouldn’t noticed a thing…I didn’t touch

anything except where I had to place the “firecrackers”. 761) (Robert) “Great! Same here!”. 762) (Al) “So I guess, that’s, that!”. 763) (Robert) “Yup!, I’ll swing by the liquor store and pick up some beer and a

bottle of Jack Daniel’s”. “We’re gonna celebrate!”. 764) (Al) “Are we gonna blow up the Deli too?”. 765) (Robert) “Might as well, if we don’t, they’ll sweep the Deli shop and find the

other ones, so having that said, they’ll both have to go!”. 766) (Al) “What about Sal?”. “We won’t be able to get him, remember the Delis’ closed at night”. 767) (Robert) “Yeah I thought about that, let’s just hop that he’s in the Social

Club tonight with his people”. “If he isn’t there, no worries, he’ll have to respond

to the Police, why the Social Club blew up with his friends inside and

automatically, the cops will link both incidents as one”. 768) (Al) “Alright, sounds like a plan!”. 67. 769) (Robert) “Either way, they’re fucked and will be exposed, I would love to

see Pennetti’s face when he hears the news”. N*770) Later on that night, Robert went to Al’s house and started to monitor the

activities of the Social Club, who went in, who got out or who had left. Around

1:45 a.m. everybody was inside because it was cold outside, even the

knuckleheads at the door went inside. All of the heads of the Lucciano

Syndicate Crime Family were inside the Social Club, including Salvatore, which

was drunk and gambling. 771) (Al) “ ‘Rob’ looks like everybody’s inside, even Sal that fat fuck!”. 772) (Robert) “Yup!!! are you ready to do this?”. 773) (Al) “Fuck Yeah!!! Let’s see these motherfuckers fly!!!”. N*774) All of a sudden, Al’s cell phone rings, it was Mark, Al put the call on

speaker phone…

775) (Al) “Hello…What’s up Mark, we’re about to do this”. 776) (Mark) “Just to let you guys know, the BPD followed the hack and traced

my line, I was able to catch it on time and re-routed my signal to Albania, so

whatever you guys are gonna do, do it now, and kill the feed right away, after

that, pour some water on your laptop and find a magnet to pass it over the

device and erase everything, dump the damn thing in Boston Harbor, get rid of

it, I’m doing the same thing”. “I’ll give you guys 5 minutes then I’m gonna kill the

video feed”. “Do you guys understand this???”. 777) (Robert and Al) “We got you, we’re doing this now, enjoy the fireworks!”. 778) (Mark) “Do not call this number anymore”. “I’ll contact you in a few days. Good Luck Fellas”. 779) (Robert) “Okay Al it’s time to get this done!”. “Is everything ready?”. 780) (Al) “Good to go!”. 781) (Robert) “At my count…Detonate…5, 4, 3, 2, 1…”.

68. N*782) In a blink of an eye, both the Deli shop and the Social Club went up in

the air, the explosions were so potent that the basements caved in, leveling the

structures to ground level. The windows from the buildings across the street

shattered in thousands of pieces and fragments, the ground shook strongly

making the close by car alarms to trigger. Nothing was left of the two buildings

and the members of the Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family were to be found

under the rubble, leaving them unrecognizable. 783) (Al and Robert) “Holy Shit did you see that!!!”. “We got ‘em, we fucking got

‘em”. “Fuck ‘em all!!!”. 784) (Robert) “Okay Al, kill the feed and disconnect everything, we gotta go

dump this shit in the harbor like Mark said “. “Fuck! Good Job Al…Thank

You !!!”. N*785) The computer was disconnected and dealt with. Robert left Al’s house

and headed towards the Boston Harbor and dumped the computer along with

the detonator switch and all other evidence of their involvement in the explosion. Robert headed back to Marlborough and turned on the t.v. set and tuned to Fox

25 News…

786) (News Reporter) “We have breaking news”, “This morning at about 2:10

a.m., the known Salvatore’s Deli Shop and a Members Only Social Club in the

North End of Boston; exploded, leaving both buildings completely destroyed. Police believe that there were over 30 patrons inside the Social Club when the

tragedy occurred”. “We will provide more details as they surface, but for now,

the Boston Police Bomb Squad is at the scene and is currently investigating the

explosion”. THIS SECTION IS INTENTIONALLY BLANK

69. ACT XIII: Aftermath

N*.787) Monday morning, Robert and Al along with the rest of the employees

showed up to work as usual. After the “incident” on Saturday, Robert kept away

from Al, in order to “cool down” and keep life going, as they tried to ignore what

had happened over the weekend. Never the less, the employees were

commenting about the explosions in the North End of Boston. Around 2:30 p.m. Mark called Robert from a different number…

788) (Robert) “Hello”. 789) (Mark) “Robert?, this is Mark”. “A couple of Federal Agents just left my

house, they were saying that the BPD traced a hacked live feed from my house

and asked me all kinds of questions”. “Dude, I’m scared and if push comes to

shove, I will tell them everything!”. “My Parents are Fucking Ape-Shit!!”. “They

had a search warrant, but they didn’t find anything, oh, and by the way, my

internet service is now being monitored by the F.B.I.”. 790) (Robert) “What did you tell them?”. 791) (Mark) “I didn’t say shit and when they went into my laptop, they didn’t find

anything either!”. “I’m just scared dude”. 792) (Robert) “Don’t worry Mark, if push comes to shove, I’ll turn myself in, but

for now, keep quiet and don’t say a thing, if they keep on investigating and

follow the trail, it’ll lead up to me”. “Meet me Saturday at 2:00p.m. at Winter St. Downtown Boston”. “We need to talk”. “Don’t worry kid, stay offline, try to make

your parents happy and deny everything, I’ll take care of the rest”. “I’m not

gonna allow your life to get fucked up because of my shit!”. 793) (Mark) “Dude are you sure…?”. 794) (Robert) “Sure, I’m sure, just lay low…Alright…?”. 795) (Mark) “Alright Man, I’ll see you Saturday”. 796) (Robert) “I’ll see you then”. N*797) Robert somehow knew that the Federal investigation would be a dead

end. But he had to take his precautions. While Robert was thinking about what

would be his next move, Al walks into his office…

70. 798) (Al) “ ‘Rob’, I just got off the phone with my wife and she told me that nine

(9) F.B.I. agents stormed into the house with a warrant, because the BPD

traced a live feed from the North End”. “She said that they didn’t find a thing, but, that they will keep an eye on us”. 799) (Robert) “Yeah, I imagined this…a few minutes ago…Mark called me and

said the same thing, at least we’re on the clear because they have no solid

evidence…Remember, the feed was hacked and could’ve been re-routed to

any I.P. address”. “That’s our defense right there”. “Another thing, Mark said

that he had re-routed the trace to Albania”. “What the Fuck are they gonna

prove?”. 800) (Al) “I hope everything just blows away ‘Rob’, she was even talking about

divorce”. “ ‘Rob’ I don’t want to get divorced, so we got to do something”. 801) (Robert) “I’m gonna tell you what I told Mark, if push comes to shove, I’ll

turn myself in”. “But for now, let’s keep cool, stay offline as much as possible”. “If they would’ve had solid evidence, we would’ve been arrested by now”. “So

relax and if I need to speak to Donna, I’ll do it”. “But for now, let’s lay low and

see what happens”. 802) (Al) “Okay ‘Rob’, fuck it, I got myself into this, it’s not all your concern”. 803) (Robert) “Don’t worry old friend, we’ll get through this”, “We’ll be fine”.. N*804) On mid-morning Wednesday, two F.B.I. agents enter Rob’s Guns and

Ammo, to speak to Robert…

805) (Agent Richards to employee) “Good morning, I’m looking for Robert

Jensen, could you call him for me please?”. 806) (Employee) “Sure thing!”. N*807) The employee called Robert that was in his office…

808) (Employee) “Robert, there’s a couple of F.B.I. agents that want to speak to

you”. 809) (Robert) “Show them my office and tell them to come on in”. 810) (Robert) “Good morning gentlemen, please come in and have a seat”.71. 811) (Agent Richards) “Good morning Mr. Jensen, my name is Agent Carl

Richards and this is Agent Morris, we’re from the Boston Metro F.B.I. field

office”. 812) (Robert) “Good morning, how can I help you?”. 813) (Agent Richards) “As you may know, a couple of days ago, there were two

(2) explosions in the North End of Boston”. “One in a Deli shop and the other, in

a Members Only Social Club”, We believe that both locations were owned by

the Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family”. 814) (Robert) “Yeah…I saw it in the news yesterday”. “Sad thing to happen”. 815) (Agent Richards) “Yes, definitely, a very sad thing”. “After the initial

investigation by the Boston Fire Department and the Boston Police Bomb

Squad, there were traces of Composition 4 explosives, found on the crime

scene…Oh yes, it is being considered a crime scene”. “Anyway, it came to our

attention that several months ago, you received in your shop the same type of

C-4 explosives and detonators”. “We were wondering… what did you do with

those items?”. “Do you still have them or did you return to sender?”. 816) (Robert) “We received those items by mistake and they were sent back”. “I sell guns and ammunition, not explosives”. 817) (Agent Richards) “By any chance, you wouldn’t have the shipping receipt

for that?”. “I mean, things like those, need to be documented…you

know?…just in case?”. 818) (Robert) “Absolutely, we need to search our records, but I’m more than

sure that we have the return shipping receipt”. “I need to call Albert, my

employee, he took care of that”. 819) (Agent Richards) “Please do so, we just need to make sure you sent it

back and it was not stolen or anything like that, you understand…”. 820) (Robert) “Of course, I don’t want the authorities to think that I have

anything to do with what happened in Boston”. “Let me call Albert”. N*821) Robert pages Albert and a few minutes later, he stepped into Robert’s

office. 72. 822) (Robert) “Al, these are F.B.I Agents Richards and Morris”. “They are

investigating the two (2) explosions in the North End over the weekend”. 823) (Al) “Good Morning”. 824) (Robert) “Do you remember a few months ago, when we received the

Composition 4 explosives and you told me you had sent them back?”. 825) (Al) “Yeah!, of course”. 826) (Robert) “Do you still have the shipping receipt for those items?”. 827) (Al) “Sure I do, if you give me a few minutes, I’ll bring it to you”. 828) (Robert) “Not a problem, go find it and bring it here”. 829) (Al) “Right away Chief”. N*830) Ten minutes later, Al returns to the office with the shipping receipt. Everything seemed in order. 831) (Al) “Here it is boss”. N*832) Al handed Agent Richards the return to sender receipt. After examining

the document, the Agents had no other option but to desist from further

investigating Robert and asked for a copy of the ticket. 833) (Agent Richards) “Wow! What a relief! I’m glad that you seem clear from

this incident”. “I’ll take this copy and save it in order to keep other Agents from

further bothering you”. 834) (Robert) “You’re not bothering me at all, I’m glad you gentlemen came in

today, that keeps my name clear from anything”. 835) (Agent Richards) “You’re right about that, we’re sorry we came to bother

you. Have a nice day”. 836) (Robert) “You gentlemen do the same”. N*837) During that visit, Robert didn’t break a sweat. He remained cool and

calm, although Al was a little nervous, but the played their role just fine and the

best thing of it all, the Agents couldn’t say a thing or even try to infer any type of

accusation. 73. 838) (Al) “Fuck Man! I thought they wouldn’t leave”. “So what do you think?”. 839) (Robert) “They’re gonna meet a dead end…Even if they contact the

sender and inquire about receiving the package, remember, its’ international

mail and during shipment, anybody could’ve retrieved the items and re-sent it”. “The F.B.I can only go so far…”. 840) (Al) Yeah, you’re right…They can’t prove a thing, we’re in the clear for

now”. 841) (Robert) “We’re in the clear…Period!”. “But I still have to deal with Frank

Pennetti”. N*842) Just like Robert had said, they were truly in the clear, they never

received another visit form the F.B.I. Mark was clear too, nothing to prove, so,

the Agency had to go on a “wild goose chase”. N*843) Three weeks later, Robert received a surprise visit at home by a

messenger of Frank Pennetti…

844) (Michael Pennetti) “Hello Robert”. 845) (Robert) “Can I help you?”. 846) (Michael Pennetti) “As a matter of fact, yes you can…”. “I’m Michael

Pennetti, Frank’s brother and I have a message for you”. “Your days are

numbered motherfucker…You can’t kill our Family and expect to get away with

it”. 847) (Robert) “Fuck You!” The Lucciano Family had a Fuck Load of Enemies!!!”. “How do you figure that I had something to do with what happened?”. “Fuck off

and don’t you come back!”. 848) (Michael Pennetti) “Remember you ‘Ma Fangul’ you…you’re The

Weapons Man!”. “Watch your back motherfucker!”. 849) (Robert) “You tell Frank to Fuck Off. I’ve been making his payments and

he can’t deny it…Next time you come back you die!!!”. 850) (Michael Pennetti) “Succa la Minga” you Fucking Cracker!!!”. “I’ll see you

on the other side, you fucking marioconne!!!”. 74. N*851) Robert felt shook because he was confident that with the demise of the

Lucciano Syndicate Crime Family was over, but it was the other way around. They knew that Robert planned the hit and wanted revenge for the destruction

of their criminal organization. The members of the family left, underwent

enormous loses and according to them, Robert was responsible and had to pay

the ultimate price. N*852) Robert called Albert as soon as Michael Pennetti left his house…

853) (Robert) “Hello, Al?”. 854) (Al) “Yeah, what’s up ‘Rob’?”. 855) (Robert) “I’ve just finished talking to Michael Pennetti, Frank Pennetti’s

brother and he came with threats, saying that they knew that I was responsible

for the explosions in the North End”. 856) (Al) “So what happened?”. 857) (Robert) “He knocked on my door and said that they knew and to watch

my back”. “I told him to fuck off and also told him that the Lucciano Family had

a fuck load of enemies”. 858) (Al) “So what happened, then?”. 859) (Robert) “So What Happened???”. “We got beef, that’s what happened,

this time is War…It’s time to end this bullshit!”. 860) (Al) “Robert…I’m sorry, but you’re on your own, I can’t continue with this”. 861) (Robert) “I understand Al…You have your family to worry about and

protect, you’ve done more than enough for me and you’re right, I gotta take

care of this shit myself”. 862) (Al) “I wish you the best of luck my good friend”. N*863) Robert hung up the phone without knowing again what to do, he figured

that he would have to “cut the head of the snake” and the only way of doing that, was to break into Concord State Prison and eliminate Frank Pennetti once and

for all…

75. ACT XIV: Prison Break In

N*864) Robert was able to rid himself from the Main Heads of the Lucciano

Syndicate Crime Family on the outside, but the “brain” was incarcerated within

the walls of Concord State Prison. The Target was Don Frank Pennetti. Robert

needed to get inside Concord, to deal with Pennetti and get back out in the

shortest time possible. That was not the only problem…Robert had to confront

Pennetti’s Bodyguards. Inside the joint, there were only 11 members of the

mobsters left and in order to get to Pennetti, Robert had to get them out of the

way. N*865) Ever since the riots, every faction stuck to themselves, but all of the

factions agreed in one thing, Frank Pennetti had to be put down along with his

crew; if they were able to live together and in peace. They were sick and tired of

the fact that although the Lucciano Family had left inside very few members,

they still controlled Concord and that needed to come to an end. N*866) The factions are the underworld of every prison in America. Until the

Lucciano Family arrived 29 years ago in the Massachusetts Prison System, the

other prison gangs, ruled equally and preserved the peace and everybody

made their money. The Lucciano Family (with the help of crooked Wardens

and Prison Guards) monopolized all trading deals, while they sunk their teeth in

everything and everywhere. Once the Family was able to do that and gained

control of all contraband and underground transactions; they started “taxing” all

of the other prison gangs. Since the Lucciano Family was “sponsored” by the

Administration, they had no other choice but to “play their game” and go by their

rules. N*867) Robert already knew all of this, because he would hear the other

inmates complain about the same situation. They all said the same thing, they

wanted to get rid of the Lucciano Family one way or another. In order to break

into Concord, he needed to speak to the head of an enemy camp. The Aryans

were out of the question, the Hispanics wouldn’t work, because between them,

they had different groups. N*868) Robert then decided to approach the Asians that left the riots and stood

in their cells. They were a strategic group and kept out of trouble with the others

gangs, while they made their money in a slick way and were uncontrollable

because of their heritage and language. Now, the detail about the Asians, is

that they do not trust the Caucasian Man, and, that they also have different

Asian factions among them. 76. N*869) Not being able to find a better solution, Robert headed towards

Boston’s Chinatown. He went to the back alleys, into the illegal underground

clubs and casinos, where the Bosses spend their time making money and

prostituting 17 and 18 year old girls to business magnates from Beijing and

strangely enough to Japanese and Korean twisted CEO’s and Corporate

Directors. N*870) For eight (8) days, Robert kept on visiting these locations and losing

money when he gambled. ‘Rob’ understood that to gain confidence in an

atmosphere and place that he wasn’t known, he had to spend money while he

observed who was who and who surrounded him. The Asian Bosses started to

take notice of Robert. They suspected that, he was either a Cop or a Federal

Agent watching their activities; so they approached Robert in a rough way. Robert was sitting at a Black Jack table and finished loosing two hundred

dollars ($200.00), when two tall Chinese Bouncers grabbed him by his arms

and coat jacket and carried him outside into the alleyway to be interrogated…

N*871) In this case, Robert was roughed up by the Xiao Ming Clan from China. This Clan has endured hundreds of years since the Ming Dynasty. They are the

last sworn members that prefer to sacrifice their lives, before dying in dishonor. They are a very secretive organization and observe all of the outsiders that try

to “blend in”. After receiving a few punches to his stomach and face, courtesy of

the Chinese club bouncers; a not-so-tall figure walked out of the darkness and

spoke to Robert…

872) (John Ming) “Greetings…my name is Johnny Ming and I own this casino. For the past week, I have seen you in here gambling and losing money. I can

tell that you are a smart man, but you keep on coming back to keep loosing

money. I would like to know why and who you are. I never get a white man in

my casino for more than two (2) days and you’ve been here for eight (8) days. Nobody likes to loose money and you keep on coming back. Who are you?”. 873) (Robert) “My name is Robert Jensen and I’m looking to speak to the head

man in charge…I have a proposition to make, if its’ in his power to make a deal,

if not, I’ll go somewhere else”. “I need to know the extent of his or her power”. “This is extremely important and will be beneficial for both of us”. 874) (John Ming) “Why do you want to speak to, as you say…the head man in

charge?”. 875) (Robert) “Because the main man in charge, has power over the Asian

Gangs inside of Concord State Prison”. 77. 876) (John Ming) “And what is your business inside of Concord?”. 877) (Robert) “I have a gut feeling that I could trust you and I hope I’m right; so

if you have a couple of minutes, I will explain to you, what is mt business inside

Concord”. 878) (John Ming) “Come with me into my office, we’ll talk there, but If I don’t like

what you have to say, your next visit will be to Boston Medical Center”. 879) (Robert) “That’s good enough for me”. N*880) Robert accompanied John Ming to his office surrounded by Ming’s

bodyguards and once he entered, he was pushed into a chair in front of John

Ming’s desk…

N*881) Ming had a calm way of pacing and very careful speaking, he wanted to

size up Robert, to get a clear picture of who he was dealing with…

882) (John Ming) “You said that you wanted to speak to the head man in charge,

I am he…So, what do you want?”. 883) (Robert) “You might remember not so long ago that the entire Lucciano

Syndicate Crime Family blew up in the North End, not so far from here…”. 884) (John Ming) “Yeah…and…?”. 885) (Robert) “I was the one who set the C-4 explosives and sent those

bastards into the sky”. 886) (John Ming) “HA HA HA Bullshit! You don’t look like you can pull

something like that!!”. 887) (Robert) “Did you hear about the death of the leader of the Black Gorillas

inside Concord while he was being transported to another prison?”, well that

was me”. “Your click inside, stayed out of it, and that was a smart thing to do”. 888) (John Ming) “So you’re the guy they called “The Weapons Man?”. 889) (Robert) “Yeah that’s me”. “So I came to offer you a deal, if you help me

break into Concord, I’ll take care of Frank Pennetti, the head boss of the

Lucciano Family and you’ll be able to trade freely with no interference from

anybody because once he’s gone, all of the factions will be trading equally”.78. 890) (Robert) “So what do you think?…Do we have a deal or what?”. 891) (John Ming) “I don’t know, its’ too risky for me and my people, but on the

other hand we’ll be able to make more money”. “Okay Mr. Jensen, I’ll help you

do this, now; how do you plan to get into Concord?”. 892) (Robert) “Do you have anybody working in the prison’s kitchen?”. 893) (John Ming) “Yeah, I have a couple of guys in there, why?”. 894) (Robert) “I need your people to put something in the food that will cause a

severe case of diarrhea in the entire prison population. That would include your

people, because if everybody gets the runs and your guys don’t, they will be

seen as suspects”. When something like that happens, in a epidemic kind of

fashion, the prison authorities, call for help and a team of medics enter the

facility to assist the medical personnel. I’ll be in that team. Inside my bag, I’ll

have slow action time released Potassium Cyanide inside a few darts and when

it’s time for me to attend Frank Pennetti, he’ll get injected with the substance; a

few hours after the medical team leaves, Pennetti will be dead”. 895) (John Ming) “You got it all figured out ‘eh?”. 896) (Robert) “They threatened to kill my family and I can’t let that happen, it’s

either them or my family and I choose my family”. 897) (John Ming) “Okay Mr. Jensen and when do you plan to do this?”. 898) (Robert) “As soon as you tell me on what day will your people will be able

to execute the orders that you give them”. “I mean, no offense, but it’s a known

fact that the Chinese people have herbs and medicine that could do basically

anything, that’s another reason why I came to you”. 899) (John Ming) “HA HA HA HA HA !!! THAT PRISON WILL BE A REAL SHIT

HOLE !!! THIS SHOULD BE FUN !!! HA HA HA!!!”. N*900) The two men laughed together and the agreement was made. That

same night, Ming contacted Chung Lee, the leader of the Xiao Ming faction

inside Concord and gave him the orders. Lee requested certain herbs that are

untraceable and have a very strong laxative effect. The following morning, Ming told one of his bodyguards to go to the Chinese market and purchase the

herbs. Once he acquired the items, he drove to Concord State Prison and gave

the package to one of the Asian guards to have it delivered to Lee. 79. N*901) It took about a day to prepare the solution that was going into the

powdered eggs mix and the grits that the prison served for breakfast. Lee

already knew the “shitty plan” and when the substance was ready, he called

Ming to ask him when did he want the laxative planted in the food. 902) (Lee in Mandarin) “Boss everything is ready, when do you want me to give

the order to put the tea inside the food?”. 903) (Ming in Mandarin) “Wait two (2) days to do it”. “I gotta call the white man

and tell him we’re ready”. “Wait for my orders”. 904) (Ming in Mandarin) “Don’t do anything yet”. 905) (Lee in Mandarin) “Yes Master Ming”. N*906) Ming hung up the phone and called Robert…

907) (John Ming) “Robert?”. 908) (Robert) “Yes Mr. Ming, any news?”. 909) (John Ming) “Yes, the tea is ready, we’re waiting for you to tell us when

you are ready”. 910) (Robert) “I’m working on getting a fake I.D from the Emergency State

Health Department, once I have that, we’re ready to go”. 911) (John Ming) “You should’ve said something before, go to Washington St.

In Chinatown and look for Lao’s photos and lenses. Speak to Lao and within

the hour, you’ll have a scan proof I.D you tell him I sent you.”. “It will cost you

around $500.00 but it will be what you need”. “You need to act quickly because

the tea changes it’s taste and will become very hard to swallow”. 912) (Robert) “I’m on my way over there now, Mr. Ming, thanks for the info”. N*913) Robert went to the place where Ming had told him to go, paid the

$500.00 and an hour later, Robert had a perfect replica of an original I.D. It was

of such great quality that when scanned, it reflected authenticity. Robert then

returned the call to John Ming and informed him that he was ready to go.

80. N*914) Everybody has heard about prison breakouts, but never, prison

break-in’s. So it was interesting for John Ming and he wanted to see the results

of such a daring act. Thursday morning was the day to strike and get rid of

Frank Penneti. Wednesday night, Ming called Lee and gave him the “go

ahead”. N*915) At 4:30 in the morning Lee and his people inside the kitchen poured the

substance into the morning breakfast food. At 6:30a.m., the inmates entered

the mess hall and had their morning meal. Once all of the prisoners had been

fed, they headed towards their blocks or work areas…

916) (Inmate) “Yo man, I don’t feel too good, my stomach feels weird like I gotta

take a serious shit”. (the reaction got worse) “What the fuck????”. “Move

motherfuckers Move !!! I gotta shit bad!!”. N*917) The inmate ran to the head (toilet) but didn’t make it on time and

expelled everything he had in his intestines, soiling himself while the other

inmates laughed at him, but that laughter didn’t last too long because all of

them got the same reaction and soiled themselves as well. There was

excrement everywhere, the floors, the walls, inside the mess hall, at their work

stations and including the administrative offices, given that some of the

employees ate the same food that the prisoners did. N*918) The mess was terrible, the smell ever worse. The in house Doctor and

nurses spoke to the Warden and told him that it looked like an epidemic had

broke out and they needed emergency medical back up, it was too much to

deal with and the Warden agreed. He got on the phone and called the State

Health Department and requested immediate medical support…

N*919) Meanwhile, Robert was able to infiltrate inside the State Health

Department Emergency Response Services and presented himself as the “new

guy”. A few minutes later, the team supervisor Mr. Harris enters the meeting

area where the entire response team were directed to go. 920) (Mr. Harris) “Is everybody here?”. 921) (Medical Technician) “Yes Sir, everybody is here, plus one”. 922) (Mr. Harris) “Plus one?…I wasn’t informed about this”. “New guy, do you

mind telling us who you are?”. 81. 923) (Robert) “Absolutely Sir, My name is Ezekiel Jacobs and today is my first

day, I moved to Boston recently from Framingham and I worked as a R.N., but

since I couldn’t find employment in my field, I applied for this job and got hired”. 924) (Mr.Harris) “Well Mr. Jacobs, welcome to the team, we’ll take care of your

paperwork later, but for now I can assure you that you’re going to have a

pleasant first day”. 925) (Robert) “Thank you Sir, I look forward to it”. 926) (Mr. Harris) “Okay, listen up people, we have a serious “shitty” situation”. “I just received a call from Concord State Prison and apparently there has been

a viral breakout of some sort and the entire prison population including some of

the employees caught a seriously dangerous case of diarrhea. According to

the Warden, there is shit everywhere inside the prison. Therefore, we need to

get over there, control the Symptoms at once and find out what caused it”. “So

gear up ladies, we’re literally going into the shit house”. N*927) That was the call that Robert was waiting for, he had three darts in his

pocket containing Potassium Cyanide ready to be used. The entire team got

into their Emergency Response vehicles and headed towards Concord State

Prison. When they got there, the stench was unbearable. They were able to

smell the excrement from the entrance gate. They geared up and put on their

hazardous materials suits in order to avoid contact with whatever

contamination was present. 928) (Emergency Response Team Member) “What the Fuck?”. “I can’t go in

there, that fucking smell is killing me!”. 929) (Mr. Harris) “I don’t want to hear any more complaints!!!”. “This is why we

signed up people!!!”. “Let’s do this!!!”. N*930) Robert was the “man of the master plan” and even he couldn’t take the

stench inside Concord. But he had to do what he needed to do. Robert had

disguised himself in order to not to be recognized by any of the inmates. He

shaved his head and put on a fake beard and mustache. 931) (Mr. Harris) “Alright people, we’re going in”.

82. N*932) The team entered the facility and just as described by Mr. Harris, there

was excrement everywhere, spread all over the floors, walls and the restrooms

were inaccessible because of the level of contaminants that were present. The

teams were split in two, luckily, Robert was sent to where Frank Penneti was

located. N*933) Each prisoner was given a medical dose of Imodium A.D. to control their

diarrhea and Robert was attending all of the inmates until Don Frank Penneti

came before him. 934) (Robert) “Good Morning Sir, how are you feeling?”. 935) (Penneti) “How the fuck do you think I feel”. “I fucking shit in my pants and

this place is all fucked up with shit!”. 936) (Robert) “Not to worry Sir, it’ll all be over very soon”. N*937) Robert gave Penneti two pills of Imodium A.D. and “as a precaution”, Robert injected Penneti with a single dart that contained the Potassium

Cyanide venom. As a matter of precaution, the prisoners were transported to

Bridgewater State Prison while the clean up efforts and disinfection were being

performed. N*938) Frank Penneti felt the slow effects of the Cyanide right away, he started

to feel weakness in his knees and started vomiting blood profusely. He was

sweating cold and the hallucinations started to take place…29 hours later, Frank Penneti was no more.

THIS SPACE IS INTENTIONALLY BLANK

83. ACT XV: Karma

N*939) As the popular saying states: “What goes around comes around”. Robert was able to free himself from the grasp of the Lucciano Syndicate Crime

Family, singlehandedly. He was proven to survive and take on the Italian Mafia

without leaving any trace to him. Two months later, Robert reconciled with

Karen his wife and she returned to Marlborough to live a normal life. N*940) Robert had accomplished what every law enforcement agency would

only dream of doing, to eliminate a faction of organized crime. But the way he

did it was unlawful and it had to have its’ consecuences. One Saturday

morning, a team of ATF agents arrived to Rob’s Guns & Ammo with an arrest

warrant against Robert and Al. N*941) The Federal Authorities followed the paper trail of the receipts of the

C-4 explosives and detonators. They contacted the company that had sent the

plastic explosives and they stated that, in fact, they received a package from

Rob’s Guns and Ammo, but it was empty. N*942) With that notarized declaration from the distributor, the F.B.I. and the

ATF were able to build a case against Robert and his employee Albert. The

remnants and fragments of the Composition 4 recovered from the scene, had a

unique distinction in order to categorize it from other fabricators. Robert and

Albert were put immediately under arrest and duly processed. N*943) Both Al and Robert were accused of 37 counts of Murder 1. Since now

Federal Agencies took the case, both were sentenced to the death penalty, under the charges of Murder 1 and Domestic Terrorism due to the use of

explosives. N*944) Both men appealed the case, but without any positive results. On

Monday, October 31

st, Both men were executed by lethal injection, putting an

end to the “Weapons Man”. THE END
